征信体系中个人信息法律保护制度建设的个案研究——以上海为例

随着经济的发展和我国个人征信体系的建立,人们对个人信用信息保护的需求日益强烈。我国征信体系的建立经历了先试点、后在全国铺开的过程。上海是征信试点城市之一,在个人信用信息法律保护方面积累了一些经验。通过实证研究,分析上海个人信用信息法律保护的特点和经验,对我国征信立法和个人信用信息保护立法有重要的启示。     

基于循环经济的企业资源价值流转核算研究

文章根据企业循环经济价值的本质及特征,以资源流转平衡及物质流路线为基础,对企业资源流转价值概念进行了界定,分析了资源价值的变化规律,构建了企业资源价值流转核算模型。在此基础上,以电解铝生产流程为例,对其资源的投入、消耗、产出及废弃价值的流转进行了核算,并绘制了与物质流路线相匹配的资源价值流转图。文章认为,企业通过资源有效利用价值与废弃物损失价值的计算,并确定废弃物环境损害价值,可对企业循环经济活动进行价值反映与分析,为企业挖掘资源利用潜力,提高循环利用效率,实现物质循环与价值流动的和谐统一与优化提供一种有效的管理手段。

近年来,随着深圳市社会经济发展方式的转变,加快电子信息产业优化升级成为当前深圳市经济发展的重要课题。文章基于产业经济学相关理论,分析了深圳市电子信息产业发展的现状,指出该产业现阶段在产业链、人力资源、产业内部结构等方面存在的问题,提出了整合产业链、发展高新技术园区、加强人才培养等一系列政策建议。

In search of diners responsive to health cues: Insights from U.S. consumers

Many consumers rely on summary statistics offered by online and mobile platforms to attain nutrition information on menu items. While positive (vs. negative) summary cues garner more favorable consumer responses, this research provides a more nuanced understanding of this effect by examining the moderating role of two individual-level characteristics: health-consciousness and need for status. Two MTurk samples (Study 1: n = 142, Study 2: n = 119) were recruited in 2018. Findings from Study 1 suggest that health-conscious (vs. less health-conscious) consumers show a wider gap in perceived healthiness of a menu item in response to the valence of a health cue. This greater gap translates into more polarized attitudes toward the menu item. Findings from Study 2 indicate that consumers high (vs. low) in need for status exhibit less favorable attitudes toward a menu item with a negative health cue. Theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.     

Sharing versus collaborative economy: how to align ICT developments and the SDGs in tourism?

Great hopes have been placed in the sharing economy to provide a new business model based on peer-to-peer (P2P) exchanges of underutilized assets. As a model, the sharing economy has been expected to make significant contributions to sustainability, providing new opportunities for entrepreneurship, more sustainable use of resources, and consumer co-operation in tight economic networks. However, in recent years, digital platforms have turned into the most important actors in the global sharing economy, turning global corporations, such as AirBnB, Booking, or TripAdvisor into intermediaries controlling and profiting from most transactions. Focused on accommodation, this paper conceptualizes the sharing economy in comparison to the wider collaborative economy, and discusses its social, economic, environmental, and political impacts in comparison to the sustainable development goals. It concludes that the sharing economy has great potential to make very significant contributions to sustainability, though the model is increasingly being replaced by the collaborative economy, which performs as an extension and acceleration of neoliberal economic practices.

我国会计标准国际趋同的动态研究——以2000-2006年B股分析为例

本文通过对样本公司2000年至2006年按照我国会计标准和国际会计准则所披露的净损益指标的统计分析,研究我国会计标准的国际趋同情况。结果表明,从2000年到2006年,我国会计准则的发展并没有呈现一个方向一致的趋同趋势,分行业考察也没有一个规律性的变动趋势。另外,2000年和2006年导致差异出现的因素构成、因素的影响程度等也是不同的。     

五种旅游信息传播模式的比较与整合

旅游信息传播是旅游活动的核心过程,也是旅游研究的重点领域.文章通过梳理相关研究成果,对比分析5种具有代表性的旅游信息传播模式,对其学科属性、概念内涵、模式结构、表述类型等内容进行归纳总结.在此基础上,文章从系统科学、社会心理学和社会伦理学切入,整合并重构旅游信息传播的过程及其结构要素,提出一个由传播者、信息、媒介、游客4大要素为主体,以大众传播、人际传播、组织传播、群体传播为传播方式,并以三环结构为几何特征的旅游信息立体传播模式,为旅游信息传播研究提供了一种新的框架和思路.
