跨文化交际与英语教学

语言和文化密不可分。学习外语必须了解这门语言所承载的文化。学习语言与了解语言所反映的文化是分不开的。因此,跨文化意识的培养在语言教学中起着举足轻重的作用。本文分析了语言与文化的关系,论述了中西方文化差异在语言差异方面的表现,从课堂教学和课外教学两个方面谈了对于学生跨文化意识的培养。     

化工厂检修施工之自我保护

在石油化工厂中,施工条件、作业环境很恶劣,化工设备管道必须要进行经常性的检修、定期的大修以保证安全施工,如何减少并避免事故的发生是施工企业每时每刻都不可放松的工作,工人的自我保护是我们首先要抓的工作。     

女大学生创业意识现状与高校的作为

本文通过问卷调查,分析了解在校女大学生创业意识与高校创业教育现状:多数女生有明确职业规划,对创业认识客观,对同辈创业态度宽容,但创业素养不够使信心不足,自主创业非未来职业首要选择,真正创业需有物质精神双助力。究其原因,与不少高校女大学生创业教育开展力度广度不够有关。高校必须加强心理健康教育和创业教育,建立健全创业教育体系,培养女大学生创业素养和能力,并创造条件,建立创业基地,加大扶持力度,为女大学生创业指引导航。     

培养职业意识 提高职业素质——职校生职业意识的养成及教育途径探析

为真正体现“以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向”的职业教育理念,教育者必须根据职业教育的培养目标和教学特点,大力开展学生职业意识教育,引导学生树立正确的职业理想和职业观念,提高学生的职业素质和综合职业能力。文章对职业意识教育的重点内容及养成途径进行了探讨。     

S&P 500 Affiliation and Stock Price Informativeness

Abstract

When firms are added to a stock index, more information should be discovered, traded on, and incorporated into their stock prices, making them more informative. We test this hypothesis using a large sample of additions to the S&P 500 index. Using two alternative statistical tests, we find that the stocks added experience more random, less predictable return and, thus, appear to be priced more efficiently information-wise. We further find concurrent increases in institutional ownership and investor awareness, which tend to contribute to the higher pricing efficiency, adding to the literature. These findings should be of interest to academics and practitioners.

交际中的跨文化语用失误是中国学生在外语学习中经常遇到的现象.从文化差异的角度分析了交际中的跨文化语用失误,指出英语口语教学中,可从教材、教学方法、第二课堂等方面培养学生的跨文化语用意识,提高交际能力.     

Identifying business opportunities for sustainable development: Longitudinal and experimental evidence contributing to the field of sustainable entrepreneurship

Which factors facilitate the identification of business opportunities for sustainable development? To answer this question, we develop a process model of sustainable opportunity identification. We argue that sustainable opportunity identification is a process with transitions from problem to solution identification and from solution to sustainable opportunity identification. Moreover, the transitions are facilitated by two factors—awareness of adverse consequences and entrepreneurial attitude—providing motivation and direction in the process. We tested our model in a field study (N = 107) and two experiments (N = 53 and N = 69). Our findings show that awareness of adverse consequences and entrepreneurial attitude influence the process of sustainable opportunity identification, explaining under which conditions people are more likely to identify business opportunities for sustainable development. Our study thus contributes to the field of sustainable entrepreneurship.

文体意识是指对英语文体基础知识的感性认识发展成的语言运用在写作方面的语感。培养学生的文体意识有助于其正确选择写作体裁、写作风格 ,加速“创造性建构”的过程。     

从当代中国的消费特征看服装品牌的发展走势

中国现阶段正处于大历史背景下的社会转型期,此时的中国消费市场出现了一些显著的特征：炫耀性消费,盲目追随性消费和冲动性消费,并且这些消费特征有明显上升的趋势。面对这一现象,服装企业该如何在危机中寻找机遇？如何调整市场战略以适应眼下消费者的需求？本文认为：增强品牌意识,改变经营思路,拓宽营销渠道是转机的基础。我们说有＂危＂才有＂机＂,中国的服装产业应在消费市场变化的当下找出自己的发展道路。
