我国会计学专业本科教育培养目标研究

会计教育培养目标作为会计教育实践的逻辑起点，对会计教育的发展方向和会计人才的培养起着制约作用，对会计教育实践活动起着支配、调节和控制作用。本文在对我国会计教育培养目标现状分析的基础上，从纵向（历史）和横向（国际）的角度探究了影响会计教育培养目标形成的因素和规律性，提出了构建会计教育培养目标的原则和我国会计教育培养目标的基本架构。     

北京市中学生关于SARS的认识与反应的跟踪调查研究

2 0 0 3年 5月和 2 0 0 4年 1月 ,通过问卷跟踪调查方式对海淀区某居民小区的中学生有关SARS的认识和反应进行了研究 ,内容涉及中学生对SARS的了解程度及了解方式、关于预防SARS的知识和相应的行为变化等。中学生对SARS有一定的认识和了解 ;各大媒体在SARS期间对于宣传公共卫生知识起到了重要的作用 ;中学生群体目前对SARS仍旧有一定的恐惧心理 ;中学生注重卫生的程度因为SARS的远去而有所降低。加强公众对于流行疾病的基本认识 ,进一步改善其卫生习惯 ,仍然是我们需要面对的问题。     

对大学生产生重大影响的社会思潮

西方自由主义、拜金主义、享乐主义、个人主义、功利主义等是影响当代大学生思想的主要社会思潮。大学生易受不良思潮影响的原因在于缺乏历史知识,政治理论学习不深入,同时受西方思想文化的长期影响。所以要正确引导学生自觉学习政治理论,系统全面了解社会发展史,树立正确的人生观和价值观。同时网络、影视、报刊等媒体要有一个正确的导向,给大学生成长营造出一个好的成长环境。     

Rural Population Growth, 1950–1990: The Roles of Human Capital, Industry Structure, and Government Policy

Human capital raises rural incomes, but this effect is swamped by higher returns to human capital in urban markets. This leads to "brain drain" from rural areas. Populations grow more rapidly in rural counties that have a diversified employment base. Farm population grows faster (or declines more slowly) in counties with relatively high farm income, and nonfarm populations grow faster in counties with relatively high nonfarm income. However, higher farm incomes lead to slower nonfarm population growth and vice versa. Rural county government services financed by local taxes or debt have neutral or negative effects on population growth.

中国的高职教育尚处于起步阶段,无成熟的模式可遵循。任何一所学校要想在激烈的竞争中求生存、图发展,一个重要的前提是:必须准确地自我定位,立足自我特色拓展发展的空间,只有这样才能培养出有鲜明专业特色并适应社会需求的优秀人才,才能使学校在竞争中立于不败之地。文章通过调查有关高职院校职教体系运行中出现的问题,提出了思考意见。     

The ‘demographic timebomb’ and how some hospitality employers are responding to the challenge

The phrase ‘demographic timebomb’ has taken on the aura of a shibbholeth and that everyone knows they ought to be fearful about. But is it really understood and what needs to be done? This article seeks to answer these questions and to shed some light on the employment strategies being developed by some British hospitality employers to counteract the demographic changes of the 1990s. As a result, some of the myth that the hospitality industry is lagging behind other industries can be dispelled but other findings support popular testimony that the industry faces special problems.     

浅析体质投资对旅游院校的重要性

旅游业的日益兴旺大大提升了社会对高质量旅游人才的渴求，然而，目前中国大学生的体育教育不尽如人意，如何加强对学生健康第一教育，体质的投入，在一定程度上决定了培养高质量旅游人才的大问题。     

The dynamics of moonlighting in Russia1

This paper uses the Russian Longitudinal Monitoring Survey (RLMS) to analyse the dynamics of moonlighting by the working‐age population. We find that moonlighting is transitory and that a desire to switch jobs expressed in the past is positively related to moonlighting in the present and to actual job changes in the future. We also find that workers who moonlighted as self‐employed in the past represent 26.5 percent of the new self‐employed. These results suggest that moonlighting in Russia can be seen as an effective incubator for setting up new self‐employed businesses, thereby providing long‐term benefits for the economy.     

Can Business Ethics be Trained? A Study of the Ethical Decision-making Process in Business Students

The purpose of this paper is to examine the various guidelines presented in the literature for instituting an ethics curriculum and to empirically study their effectiveness. Three questions are addressed concerning the trainability of ethics material and the proper integration and implementation of an ethics curriculum. An empirical study then tested the effect of ethics training on moral awareness and reasoning. The sample consisted of two business classes, one exposed to additional ethics curriculum (experimental), and one not exposed (control). For the experimental group, ethics exercises and discussion relevant to each topic were completed. Findings suggested gender differences such that, relative to other groups, women in the experimental group showed significantly improved moral awareness and decision-making processes. An explanation of the underlying cognitive processes is presented to explain the gender effect.     

以扩大内需促进就业问题研究

随着我国经济进入新的发展阶段后,投资对劳动力逐渐显现出排挤作用,出口也由其发展前景受限而对劳动力的吸纳作用减弱。而内需由于其对劳动密集型产业产品的需求,对就业有很强的带动作用。本文将论述以内需扩大就业的必要性,找出其中存在的问题,并提出相应建议。
