政府诚信的新制度经济学分析

政府诚信指政府在履行职责的过程中，以诚实守信作为规范和约束自身行为的道德准则。既有的政府诚信研究主要基于行政伦理的分析。而通过外部性、交易费用、制度等新制度经济学的核心概念和理论对政府诚信以新的透视，有利于深化对政府诚信的认识。有利于提出矫治政府诚信缺失的对策。     

农村信用社风险及其防范

农村信用社作为农村合作金融的主体,是我国农村金融的主力军和联系农民的金融纽带。本文对我国农村信用社金融风险的表现及成因进行了分析,提出建立适应农村信用社发展的对策建议。     

金融危机下美国加大对华反补贴的深层根源分析

世界金融危机的爆发和全球经济的衰退,直接影响到全球贸易活动的萎缩,贸易保护主义兴起。尤其是美国开始频频对中国采取反补贴措施,将对中国的外贸和产业发展带来重要影响。本文提出:中美贸易顺差的不断扩大是美国加大对华反补贴的直接因素、中美之间产业分工格局导致不同产业贸易竞争力失衡是客观因素、美国贸易政策的政治化倾向是美国加大对华反补贴的特有背景、中国长期发展模式积累的弊端是引致国外反补贴的内在原因。     

Credit Card Use and Compulsive Buying Behavior

ABSTRACT

Compulsive buying behavior is a negative form of behavior that leads to overspending. In the current study, the author examines the applicability of a compulsive buying behavior scale developed by Valence et al. (1988) with Indian consumers. Compulsive buyers are likely to relate money to power, success, and status. Compulsive buyers perceive their purchases as a way of overcoming negative self-esteem and anxiety. The influence of consumers’ attitude toward credit cards, demographic factors, and credit card use on compulsive buying was studied. The findings suggest the compulsive behavior scale should be modified in the Indian context. Age, income, education, and marital status influence compulsive buying. Consumers’ attitude toward credit cards did not affect compulsive buying.     

Insider employee stock option trading and stock prices

The question of which factors determine corporate bonds pricing is investigated by analysing the spreads of eurobonds issued by major G-10 companies during the 1991–2001 period. Three main results emerge from the analysis. First, bond ratings appear as the most important determinant of yield spreads, with investors’ reliance on rating agencies judgments increasing over time. Second, the primary market efficiency and the expected secondary market liquidity are not relevant explanatory factors of spreads cross-sectional variability. Finally, rating agencies adopt a different, ‘through the cycle’, evaluation criteria of default risk with respect to the forward looking one adopted by bond investors.

结合我国“人人贷”的发展现状及主要模式，分析我国“人人贷”存在信用风险的原因，认为应从完善法律制度、健全组织机构、加强征信监管等几个方面完善我国个人征信体系，以防范“人人贷”领域的信用风险。     

Monetary dynamics: a market approach

The behaviour of the short-run responses implied by the identification of a long-run money demand relationship is examined. These responses have recently been interpreted as representing the policy stance of the monetary authority. However, as movements in the monetary aggregate reflect both demand and supply adjustments, estimating the short-run dynamics solely within the money demand relationship may produce biased results. In order to address this issue, the paper explicitly acknowledges the importance of the supply of money function by including the function alongside the demand for money function. While the interaction of the two equations continues to produce the long-run quantity theory result, the additional detail provides more accurate estimates of the individual short-run adjustments within the two equations.
