The impact of government ownership on dividend policy in China

We investigate the impact of State ownership on Chinese corporate dividend policy. We find that Chinese firms' dividend payout rates respond fairly quickly to earnings changes, and the average actual payout ratio for Chinese firms falls between the payout ratios for emerging-market and developed firms. These results are consistent with the dividend policies of developing economies in general. We also find that dividend payouts among dividend-paying firms, and the likelihood that a firm will pay a dividend, are increasing in State ownership. Our findings are consistent with the State's need for cash flow as a partial motivation for continued State ownership of a significant portion of the corporate economy, and support the agency and tax clientele explanations for dividend policy.     

论双边税收协定中合伙人来自合伙企业所得的定性与课税

在适用双边税收协定时,因各国给与合伙企业的税收待遇不同,从而导致对合伙企业及其合伙人所得定性的冲突,产生双重征税或不征税。因此,当合伙企业在坐落国被视为纳税实体,而在合伙人居住国被视为纳税虚体时,应从税收协定出发考察合伙关系,并结合缔约国有关国内规定对利润、分红及特别报酬的定性予以分析,以避免上述问题。     

带容量限制的双配送中心选址方法

研究了带容量限制的双配送中心选址问题,结合聚类算法、重心法构造了一个解决双配送中心选址问题的算法。首先根据聚类算法思想将整个配送服务区域划分为两部分,再运用重心法进行配送中心初始选址,然后根据就近原则选择离重心点最近的备选地点作为配送中心初始选址。考虑到配送中心的容量限制,当某一个配送区域中各需求点的总需量超过配送中心的最大容量时,就对该区域的部分需求点进行调整,即从该区域调入另一区域。调整后,再次运用重心法进行配送中心初始选址,然后根据就近原则选择离重心点最近的备选地点作为配送中心最终选址方案。

一种Link16信号的检测识别算法

在Link16信号侦察中,Link16信号的检测识别是实现信号分选的基础和关键。设计了一种基于双滑动窗的自适应双门限Link16信号检测识别算法,具有检测识别准确率高、实时性好、易于工程实现的特点。仿真结果表明,当信噪比在7 dB以上时,脉冲检测识别正确率均在95〖WT《Times New Roman》〗%〖WTBZ〗以上。     

股权分置改革后上市公司股利政策研究

2006年我国股权分置改革基本完成，这种制度变革是否对上市公司2006年的股利政策产生了影响。通过对2006年上市公司股利政策进行统计分析，结果显示2006年上市公司的股利政策具有股利分配形式以现金股利为主、整体分红水平提高不多、异常派现行为减少等特征。在对这些特征进行分析的基础上，提出了应加强现金流量管理和大力发展机构投资者。

Empirical Analysis of the Market Effects of China＇s Listed—— Company＇s Dividend Policy ——Empirical Evidences from Shanghai Stock Exchange from 2004 to 2005

Dividend policy is one of the three core contents of financial management in listed companies. On one hand, it is the extension of financial and investment activities; on the other hand, appropriate dividend policy can not only set up a good company reputation, but also arouse enthusiasm of many investors to continue invest in this company, consequently acquire long and stable development opportunities and conditions. In this paper, the author has put forward some suggestions in order to solve the problems which existing in Chinese listed companies＇ dividend policies based on the result of positive test. Firstly, optimize the structure of equity title and perfect the corporate governance. Secondly, to establish wholesome shareholder protection mechanism, and also it is important measure for investors, especially medium and small investors to protect their rights and interests. According to the present situation of Chinese stock market, the authors consider we can protect the shareholder＇s benefits by carrying out cumulative vote system, establishing hortative derive lawsuit system, perfecting civil compensation system and establishing shareholder voting removing system and so on. Thirdly, the establishment of listed companies＇ dividend policy and the release of message should be standardized for the sake of good relationship of melon-cutting and corporation＇s refinancing plan. Finally, listed companies＇ dividend policy can be optimized by modifying and perfecting stock dividend distribution mode of accounting management, perfecting exit mechanism of listed companies.
