农业合作社作为一种准一体化组织具有双重特征,既能发挥集体组织的优势,有效地规避外部机会主义风险,又能利用独立经营的优势,但也存在高组织成本的不足.扬长避短,有效利用农业合作社这种组织形式是提高我国农业生产效率的有效方式.     

The Impact of Personal Taxes on the Firm's Weighted Average Cost of Capital and Investment Behaviour: A Simplified Approach Using the Dempsey Discounted Dividends Model

The discounted dividends model advanced by Dempsey (1996) is extended to provide a weighted average cost of capital (WACC) assessment of investment opportunities with irregular cash flows. Thereafter, the framework is extended to an assessment of the implications of government tax policy for the firm's investment behaviour. The developed framework is consistent with the empirical evidence of Poterba and Summers (1985) which — over the period of UK tax history 1950–1983 encompassing four major tax on equity reforms — observes how the related dividend and investment politics of UK firms appear to be influenced by the level of dividend taxes.

通过深入分析统一价格密封双向拍卖机制的诸多缺陷，充分借鉴单向拍卖市场上时钟拍卖的基本思想，将时钟拍卖引入双向拍卖市场，构建了一个无论从分配效率方面考虑还是从竞价风险方面考虑都优于统一价格密封双向拍卖机制，不仅为同类物品确定统一价格，还可以为不同类的物品确定其不同的价格的向上叫价时钟双向拍卖机制。     

A NONPARAMETRIC TEST AGAINST ORDERED ALTERNATIVES FOR DATA DEFINED BY INTERVALS

Abstract. The paper deals with a generalization of the Jonckheere test against ordered alternatives which allows for arbitrary censoring. It includes some previously published tests as special cases.     

跨区域能源调度与经济增长关系研究--来自西气东输工程的证据

自2002年以来,中国陆续实施了西气东输工程一、二、三线工程的建设,这可以看作是国家在跨区域能源调度方面进行的一次自然实验。本文构造1999～2011年西气东输工程沿线经过城市和未经过城市的面板数据,采用双重差分法对西气东输工程的实施影响沿线地区经济增长的效果进行验证。结果表明,这一工程的实施显著地促进了沿线城市的经济增长,相比未经过的城市,西气东输工程将沿线城市的经济增长速度提高了约2畅1个百分点。国家在调节区域均衡发展时,需要进一步挖掘重大跨区域资源调度项目的经济辐射带动作用。     

基于双尺度低NO_x燃烧技术的电站锅炉改造

近年来环境污染问题日益严重,其中电力企业在NOx排放方面对环境的污染尤为突出。为减少环境污染,针对某电厂原有锅炉进行燃烧器的改造,以降低电厂NOx的排放。依据设计方案,以基于炉膛空间尺度和煤粉燃烧过程尺度的双尺度低NOx燃烧技术,对电厂燃烧器进行改造。改造结果表明:基于双尺度低NOx燃烧技术改造后的电站锅炉,其NOx的排放显著降低。     

Maximum likelihood estimation of a binomial proportion using one‐sample misclassified binary data

In this article, we construct two likelihood‐based confidence intervals (CIs) for a binomial proportion parameter using a double‐sampling scheme with misclassified binary data. We utilize an easy‐to‐implement closed‐form algorithm to obtain maximum likelihood estimators of the model parameters by maximizing the full‐likelihood function. The two CIs are a naïve Wald interval and a modified Wald interval. Using simulations, we assess and compare the coverage probabilities and average widths of our two CIs. Finally, we conclude that the modified Wald interval, unlike the naïve Wald interval, produces close‐to‐nominal CIs under various simulations and, thus, is preferred in practice. Utilizing the expressions derived, we also illustrate our two CIs for a binomial proportion parameter using real‐data example.     

The Global Preference for Dividends in Declining Markets

Investors globally prefer dividend‐paying stocks over nondividend‐paying stocks more in declining than in advancing markets, even accounting for firm‐level growth opportunities, size and risk effects. Dividend‐paying stocks outperform nondividend‐paying stocks, from 0.63% (China) to 3.79% (Canada) more per month in declining than in advancing markets. In declining markets, dividend‐paying firms outperform by more than any underperformance in advancing markets. The results are robust across dividend taxation regimes, legal environments, emerging and developed markets, periods prior to and after the 2008 global financial crisis, the exclusion of the dividend declaration month and in respect to segmented or integrated international capital markets.
