基于情商教育的创新型财经类大学生人才培养机制分析

通过从情商视角分析我国财经类大学生创新能力培养存在的问题,认为根据财经类大学生情商和创新能力的特点,应当充分考虑情商对创新能力的关联性和推动作用,构建合理的创新型财经类大学生人才培养机制,提高该类大学生内在、自发和有效的创新能力。     

Positive emotions and behavioral intentions of customers in full-service restaurants: Does aesthetic labor matter?

Based on the Mehrabian–Russell model, this study investigates whether aesthetic labor performance affects the positive emotions and behavioral intentions of customers in full-service restaurants. This research also identifies the mediating effects of positive emotions on aesthetic labor and behavioral intentions. A total of 320 valid questionnaires were collected from the customers of a well-known chain of restaurants in Taiwan. Structural equation modeling was used to estimate a model linking aesthetic labor, positive emotions, and behavioral intentions. The results revealed that aesthetic labor positively and significantly influences positive emotions and behavioral intentions, and that positive emotions positively and significantly influence behavioral intentions. However, when the control variables of food quality, ambiance, and service quality were added, aesthetic labor did not positively influence behavioral intentions. In addition, positive emotions did not mediate the relationship between aesthetic labor and behavioral intentions. Finally, we provide a discussion on practical implications and suggestions for future research.     

Towards a Design Science of Ethical Decision Support

Ethical decision making involves complex emotional, cognitive, social, and philosophical challenges. Even if someone wants to be ethical, he or she may not have clearly articulated what that means, or know how to go about making a decision consistent with his or her values. Information technology may be able to help. A decision support system could offer individuals and groups some guidance, assisting them in making a decision that reflects their underlying values. The first step towards a design science of ethical decision support is to develop a theoretical base on which first-generation systems can be built. This paper brings together work in cognitive, social and moral psychology, information systems, and philosophy relevant to ethical decision making. Attributes of a system that would support ethical decision making are described.     

论高校学生教育管理工作的有效性

随着高校的扩招,大学生人数日益增加,使学校的教育管理工作面临更高的难度。辅导员是高校学生教育管理工作的主体,要有效提高教育管理的工作,辅导员必须明确工作目标,树立良好工作原则,认真贯彻落实以下四点:培养学生自我管理和自我教育的理念,提高学生自我教育和管理的能力;坚持以理服人和以情感人的教育原则,使学生真正服从管理;重视班级文化和宿舍文化的建设,培养充满人文关怀的校园氛围;增强辅导员自身的人格魅力,增强教育管理工作的实效。     

Mentoring and expressive network resources: their relationship with career success and emotional exhaustion among Hellenes employees involved in emotion work

Although mentoring has been identified as an important career resource for protégés in the Anglo-Saxon cultural cluster, pertinent research in other cultures is still scarce. The relationship of mentoring and expressive network resources with protégés' career success and emotional exhaustion was investigated in a sample of 104 Hellenes (Greek) bank employees performing frontline service jobs. The number of mentors that respondents reported they have had was related to their extrinsic career success. However, currently having a mentor was not related to intrinsic career success and was marginally related to emotional exhaustion. In contrast, the amount of expressive network resources was strongly related to both intrinsic career success and emotional exhaustion. The results are discussed with respect to extant research, the national cultural context of the study and the cross-cultural transferability of human resource systems. The general tentative conclusion is that relationships with mentors and expressive network resources appear to be important resources for employees across cultures, but the relative potency of their benefits is influenced by the national cultural characteristics.     

高校辅导员不良情绪行为的自我管理

受一些现实与心理因素的影响，部分高校辅导员对学生产生了一系列不良情绪与行为；这些不良情绪与行为会促使学生产生不良的自我概念。辅导员的不良情绪与行为的真正原因，是他们对诱发性事件不正确的解释与评价，即“不合理信念”。辅导员应学会自我诊断，挖掘不合理信念，合理自我分析，并培养情绪分析习惯，以实现辅导员对自身不良情绪与行为的自我管理。     

情绪投资组合模型及其实证分析--基于前景理论

投资者情绪对其决策有直接的影响,投资者的风险厌恶系数与其已有的投资业绩有关。本文在假设投资者风险厌恶且其风险厌恶系数受其损益情绪影响的条件下,以投资者损益情绪效用最大化为决策目标,建立基于投资者损益情绪的投资组合模型,有效地刻画出投资者的损益情绪对投资组合决策的影响。采用上证市场的行业指数进行实证分析,并与Markowitz模型进行对比,结果表明,情绪投资组合模型的组合效果更好。     

Emotional arousal and entrepreneurial outcomes: Combining qualitative methods to elaborate theory

This qualitative study of innovators in the superyacht industry blends longitudinal content analysis with narrative case vignettes to extend nascent theorizing about the antecedents and consequences associated with the arousal of entrepreneurial emotion. The empirically grounded framework induced through our research offers two key theoretical elaborations. First, it extends the existing set of theorized antecedents by highlighting the overlooked roles played by dramatic performances (staged or improvised) and ambient conditions (project, actor and venue considerations). Second, it calls attention to the consequences of emotional arousal for such entrepreneurial outcomes as generating novel solutions to specific problems encountered during the creation process, developing innovative end products, and fostering a general context for innovation.     

外语学习中情感教育的策略

在当代外语教学中越来越多的人关注情感因素的作用。文章中作者分析了情感态度的作用,提出了一些行之有效的实施情感教育的策略。认为建立良好的师生关系是培养和发展学生积极情感的前提;尊重学生是实施情感教学的重要环节;营造和谐的学习氛围是实行情感教育的关键。     

道德型品牌危机事件的溢出效应及应对策略研究

本文聚焦于道德型品牌危机事件对品牌的负面影响以及对品牌群内其他品牌的溢出效应。文章基于挫折-攻击理论和情绪应对理论,通过问卷调查法构建道德型品牌危机事件对消费者反应(抵制态度、负面口碑传播、购买意愿)的影响机制模型,并通过实验方法分析受到波及的企业如何应对负向溢出效应。研究结果表明,消费者对此类危机事件的关注和其民族中心主义会引起消费者进攻型负面情绪和规避型负面情绪的双重变化,但是只有进攻型情绪能够导致消费者对事件品牌和其他关联品牌的系列反应;受到波及的品牌短期内宜采用沉默而非辩解策略来化解负向溢出效应。本文结论为有关道德型品牌危机事件的研究提供了新的视角,并为外国和本土品牌在此类危机事件中如何应对提供了有针对性的管理建议。
