本文对成功的商洛小额信贷扶贫模式的变迁进行了案例分析,在此基础上,有异于国家主导论、亲善市场论和市场增进论的观点,提出了转轨经济中基于约束条件的政府行为的相机决定论,给出了政府介入的方式、退出的条件以及外生的政府行为内生化的路径。     

Climate and Scale in Economic Growth

This paper introduces new data on climatic conditions to empirical tests of growth theories. We find that, since 1960, temperate countries have converged towards high levels of income while tropical nations have converged towards various income levels associated with economic scale and the extent of the market. These results hold for a wide range of tests. A plausible explanation is that temperate regions' growth was assisted by their climate, perhaps historically for their transition out of agriculture into sectors whose productivity converges across countries, while tropical countries' growth is relatively more dependent on gains from specialization and trade.     

The Microeconomics of an R&D-Based Model of Endogenous Growth

This paper explores the microeconomic structure underlying a class of endogenous growth models in which product differentiation and stochastic quality growth coexist. The general equilibrium model generates a stationary stochastic equilibrium in which a nondegenerate ergodic distribution of firm size depends systematically on parameters of the model. Features of the model necessary for stable endogenous aggregate growth are explored, and predictions of the model are compared with microeconometric evidence on R&D intensity, firm growth, and concentration.     

银行业竞争加剧还是抑制了企业金融化

银行业竞争与企业金融化有多种关联机制,既可能加剧企业金融化,也可能抑制企业金融化。本文利用2007—2019年沪深两市A股非金融类上市公司的面板数据,考察了二者之间的关系。结果发现：（1）竞争性的银行业市场结构抑制了企业金融化。（2）银行业竞争不仅缓解了债务成本对企业利润的侵蚀,有助于缩小金融行业与实体企业之间的利润率差距,进而抑制企业利润追逐动机的金融化行为,而且通过引导信贷资源配置促进了企业创新,从而对实体企业金融投资产生挤出效应;此外,银行业竞争还通过促使银行积极发挥信息监督作用,抑制了企业内部人金融投机套利的机会主义行为。（3）银行业竞争对企业金融化的抑制效应在非国有企业、中小企业以及市场化水平较低地区的企业中更为显著。这些结果说明,提高银行业竞争水平有助于抑制企业金融化趋势,扭转经济“脱实向虚”的局面。     

Price equilibrium in address models of product differentiation: unit-elastic demand

Summary. I present a class of address models of product differentiation with unit-elastic individual demand and show the existence of Nash equilibrium in prices under assumptions on utility functions and the taste and income heterogeneity across consumers. This paper complements the work by Caplin and Nalebuff (1991, Econometrica), who analyze unit demand models of product differentiation. Population age structure and private consumption in Spain

In this paper we study the effect of population age distribution upon private consumption expenditure in Spain from 1964 to 1997 using aggregate data. We obtain four main results. First, changes in the population pyramid have substantial effects upon the behaviour of private consumption. Second, the pattern of the coefficients of the demographic variables is not consistent with the simplest version of the life cycle hypothesis. Third, we estimate the impact of the demographic transition upon consumption and find positive values associated with episodes in which the shares of groups of individuals with expenditure levels higher (lower) than the mean increased (decreased). Fourth, the results are robust to alternative specifications for the population age distribution.

失衡的增长结构与财政制度安排

本文基于中国式治理模式,从财政视角利用实证数据分析了中国失衡增长的内生机制。本文认为,中国失衡的增长结构与财政收支制度安排有关。在中国式治理模式下,1994年税改中确立的财政收入制度不仅挤压了居民消费能力,而且通过引致财政支出结构扭曲恶化了居民消费倾向。实现经济平衡增长,中国需要在现行体制框架内重构财政收支体系,通过建立以人为本的财政支出体系构筑居民有钱消费、敢于消费的制度环境,通过建立以人为主的财政收入制度构筑政府有效行政的激励结构和经济社会的内生平衡机制。
