以制造业工人为研究对象,基于认知-情感个性系统理论,构建主观社会地位影响工匠精神的双路径模型,检验心理所有权与和谐式工作激情在主观社会地位与工匠精神之间的中介作用,以及关怀型伦理氛围的调节作用。通过对收集的538份有效数据进行统计分析,研究结果表明:(1)主观社会地位对制造业工人工匠精神有显著正向影响;(2)心理所有权与和谐式工作激情在主观社会地位对工匠精神的影响关系中起部分中介作用;(3)关怀型伦理氛围在心理所有权、和谐式工作激情与工匠精神的关系中发挥正向调节作用。研究结果揭示了主观社会地位对制造业工人工匠精神的双路径影响机制,丰富了工匠精神的前因变量研究,并为培育制造业工人工匠精神提供指导。 相似文献

Emergence of purchasing as a strategic function has not only broadened the scope of purchasing, it has also changed the responsibilities of the purchasing managers by empowering them to spend large sums of money in procuring goods and services. However, this has also presented them with an array of ethical dilemmas involving questionable purchasing practices. This study proposes a framework to examine ethicality of decision making when faced with such dilemmas and presents the results of a survey conducted to assess the ethical inclinations of purchasers operating in Singapore. In this paper, marketing ethics serves as an umbrella term for advertising, PR and sales ethics and as an example of professional ethics. 文学理论批评化是导致文学理论危机的重要原因,因为文学理论与文学批评理论并不属于同一个学理层面。搁置文学基本理论研究片面发展文学批评理论,导致文艺学学科的知识化、浅层化和无序化。以方法论代替本体论研究,使“片面的深刻”相互否定,耗尽自己,最后只好走出文学的边界。促成文学理论批评化固然有文学理论自身的原因,但最主要的还是由于文艺学学科的体制化,学术研究功利化、市场化。因此,仅用二十年时间走完欧美百年之路恰是中国文学理论的幸运:消化不良才中毒不深,改弦更张还有余地。在加强文学基本理论研究的同时,应有选择地借鉴欧美文学批评理论的成果,发展自己的批评理论,形成文艺学学科各部类共谋和谐发展之路。 相似文献

Many managers now routinely receive training in business ethics using the case method. However the efficacy of this training has not been studied. Organizational crises, in the form of cases which present managers with ethical dilemmas, are commonly used to illustrate principles in business ethics courses. As illustrated in the classroom, these organizational ethical crises often result in severe financial consequences for the organization involved such as litigation or bankruptcy. The present study assessed the potential of the case method for teaching managers to respond ethically to organizational crisis. The author also assessed the role of organizational and ideographic factors in determining which managers would choose to act. Managers who had received classroom training in ethical case analysis were compared to those who had not. The majority in both groups of managers chose to take action when confronted with ethical dilemmas. However, managers who had received ethical training were more likely to act in some ethical situations than managers who had not. The ethical culture of an organization and the gender of the managers was also found to influence managerial action in response to ethical dilemmas. 相似文献

At the heart of entrepreneurship are imagination, creativity, novelty, and sensitivity. It takes these qualities to develop a new product or service and bring it to market, to envision the possible impacts a new product may make and come up with novel and creative solutions to problems that may arise. These qualities go to make up what could be called the spirit of entrepreneurship, a spirit that involves the ability to handle the experimental nature of entrepreunerial activity. These same qualities are crucial for moral decision making, and an ethical approach which emphasizes imagination, creativity, and has an experimental thrust is much better adapted to the entrepreneurial activity and much more relevant to the unique situations that entrepreneurs face. In this sense, the process approach to ethics developed in this article is a unifying framework that brings together the activity of entrepreneurship and moral decision making. 相似文献
