财政支出结构对城乡收入差距的影响——基于结构性收入差距视角的实证研究

文章将城乡收入差距分解为四项结构性收入差距,即工资性收入差距、经营性收入差距、财产性收入差距和转移性收入差距。各项结构性收入差距对城乡总收入差距有不同贡献和作用。研究表明：不同财政支出项目对城乡总收入差距的影响是通过作用于不同结构性收入差距实现的。财政科教文卫支出主要通过拉大城乡经营性收入差距从而对城乡总收入差距产生扩大作用;财政支持农业支出主要作用于城乡转移性收入差距从而缩小城乡总收入差距;财政社会保障支出对城乡结构性收入差距均表现为扩大效应,但统计上不显著;财政公共安全支出一定程度上缩小了城乡工资性收入差距,然而这种影响是不可持续的。     

上市商业银行利率风险实证分析

本文以16家上市商业银行在2007～2011年的年报数据为基础,运用RSG模型进行了横向分析与纵向比较,得出我国国有控股商业银行在规避利率风险方面落后于新兴股份制银行,倾向于延续原来的融资缺口状况,并且存在＂短借长贷＂问题,致使其在利率波动中蒙受较大损失,而部分股份制银行灵活运用缺口管理策略值得借鉴。     

人民币汇率收益率及收益波动率长记忆性特征研究

论文利用经典R/S分析法和ARFIMA模型对人民币汇率收益率序列及收益波动率序列的长记忆性进行了研究。结果表明人民币汇率收益率及收益波动率均存在长记忆性,且波动率序列的长记忆性特征明显强于收益率序列。     

论中国城镇住房自有率与住房保障的关系

居住是劳动力再生产的基本需要,是一种刚性需求,必须予以满足。购买住房所有权是满足居住需求的一种方式,但不是所有的消费者都有足够的支付能力购买商品化住宅。中国城镇极高的住房自有率完全是中国城镇住房保障滞后的结果,降低中国城镇住房自有率有赖于中国政府扎扎实实推进住房保障工作。由于中国各地情况不同,城镇的住房自有率不宜硬性规定,但各地住房保障水平必须有统一标准。     

Knowledge exchange and knowledge protection in interorganizational learning: The ambidexterity perspective

Are knowledge exchange and knowledge protection conflicting or complementary? Although facilitating knowledge exchange and protecting core proprietary knowledge are important in interorganizational learning, extant studies often regard them as conflicting activities. Few studies have discussed the mechanisms that can help firms achieve both. In this current study, we extend the concept of ambidexterity to the interorganizational learning context and suggest several mechanisms that can enhance knowledge exchange and knowledge protection simultaneously. We conducted a survey and the empirical results reveal that experience sharing and shared interpretation are positively associated with knowledge exchange success. Hostage arrangement enhances the level of knowledge protection, whereas reciprocal investment has no effect on knowledge protection. Furthermore, ambidexterity (the product term of knowledge exchange success and knowledge protection) significantly affects the performance of a firm. Finally, we discuss the implications of this research and offer suggestions for future research.

受2013年6月美联储表态将逐步退出量化宽松货币政策的行为及其预期的影响,全球金融市场发生了剧烈地动荡,而美联储退出量化宽松货币政策的步伐却并未由此止步.这不仅会作用于美国的经济增长路径,同时也必将会使得以中国为代表的新兴市场经济体国家遭受美联储退出量化宽松货币政策的外溢性风险.文章就当前美联储退出QE预期及步伐加速的背景下,分析了美联储退出QE对全球经济的影响,以及从实体经济传导和金融市场传导层面探讨了对我国经济的影响,并认为美联储退出QE对我国而言既是一种挑战,也是一种机遇,并最终提出了以“保持稳定”为目标的防范美联储退出量化宽松货币政策溢出风险的对策建议.     

The Ruin Probability of a Discrete Time Risk Model under Constant Interest Rate with Heavy Tails

This paper investigates the ultimate ruin probability of a discrete time risk model with a positive constant interest rate. Under the assumption that the gross loss of the company within one year is subexponentially distributed, a simple asymptotic relation for the ruin probability is derived and compared to existing results.
