国外直接投资对国内经济的影响

随着我国对开开发以后,经济得到快速发展,这主要归功于我国充分根据我国国情,积极主动地吸引和利用外资,对促进我国科技发展、国民就业、扩大出口起到了积极的作用,本人简要分析国外投资情况及对我国国内经济的影响.     

区块链技术在资本项目管理中的应用探究

区块链技术自2009年问世以来,受到了广泛关注。由于具有不可篡改、可追溯、去中心化、去信任化等特性,区块链提供了一种不同于以往的信用创造机制,在不同的经济金融领域展开了应用探索,也为资本项目管理效能提升提供了一种新思路。从区块链在资本项目中运用的必要性与可行性、运用框架和具体应用场景(以境外投资为例)三个方面展开实践探讨,以期能够通过区块链的运用进一步提升资本项目便利化程度和监管效率。     

Foreign exchange rate and trade balance dynamics in East African countries

This study investigates the effects of real exchange rate on trade balance in East African countries. In contrast to past studies that have often focused on one country in the region and adopted traditional empirical methods that are subject to shortcomings, the present study employed the ARDL procedure and investigated the issue in 10 East African countries. The main results are as follows. First, real exchange depreciation significantly improves trade balance for four countries in individual country estimations, as well as in panel estimation. Second, the elasticity of trade balance with respect to real exchange rate is inelastic. Elasticity slightly increases after exchange rate liberalization but remains inelastic. Third, significant short-run fall was not found for trade balance, which suggests lack of evidence for J-curve relationship     

Wage,foreign-owned firms,and productivity spillovers via labour turnover: a non-linear analysis based on Chinese firm-level data

Using firm-level panel data from Chinese manufacturing firms over the period 2004–2007, this article investigates the impact of the wage gap between local and foreign-owned firms on foreign direct investment (FDI) spillovers in terms of total factor productivity (TFP). We find a non-linear threshold effect that: a low-level wage gap threshold exists, below which FDI spillovers are significantly negative. This is because FDI spillovers via labour turnover are blocked due to the low wages of local firms, which jeopardizes the flow of skilled workers from foreign firms to local firms. In contrast, when the wage gap reaches a high-level threshold, local firms can get benefits from FDI spillovers. The reason is that high wages of local firms attract skilled employees to leave foreign firms, which yields a large magnitude of worker mobility from foreign firms to local firms. Our article provides evidence that labour turnover as the channel of FDI spillovers only works when the wage gap is beyond some threshold. Also, these thresholds vary across regions and firm ownerships.     

中国企业海外并购中的挑战及对策

近年来,中国企业纷纷走出国门,海外并购风起云涌,并购数量和交易规模都呈现出上升趋势。然而由于海外并购经验的不足以及缺乏相关的国际并购的人才,导致海外并购屡屡受挫。并购交易的达成只是并购的开始,日后的经营管理又会出现中国企业水土不服的现象。有鉴于此,中国企业海外并购应充分借鉴他国经验,积极培养国际化人才,政府应该配合企业做好宣传。

自08年美国次贷危机引发的经济危机已经席卷全球,此次经济危机具有较强的外部性、溢出传染性以及极大的危害性,对我国乃至全球的经济都造成了较大的影响出口贸易受到此次危机的影响已经开始大幅萎缩。通过这次经济危机,给各产业带来的冲击,使我们看到外贸结构调整势在必行。     

金融危机下流动性过剩问题的分析

在金融危机的大环境下,由于投资储蓄大于消费及贸易顺差不降反升引起的外汇储备继续增加,国家投入到市场中更多的货币,暂时解决了社会财富与货币供求的平衡,但这为今后的流动性过剩的加剧埋下了巨大的隐患,因此政府需要在这个时期就采取措施以适当抑制未来几年内很可能由于流动性过剩加速引起的通货膨胀等不良经济影响。

国家利益视阙下的毛泽东对日外交策略

对日外交,是中国对外交往中的重要组成部分。新中国成立后,毛泽东把建立和发展中日睦邻友好关系放在对外政策的重要地位。他以国家利益为视阙,分析了恢复中日邦交正常化的阻力与可行性,提出了对日外交策略,并于1972年恢复了对日友好关系,促成了对日外交的新发展。
