An analytical model for the formation of economic clusters

A simple spatial economy derived from microeconomic foundations is presented to gain insight into the formation of economic clusters. In this model, the formation of economic clusters is a consequence of the competition between economic forces that are consistent with atomistic agents maximizing their utility. An analytic approach is used to obtain the evolution of economic clusters. With this approach, the number of clusters which will grow can be predicted. These results are derived in the traditional one-dimensional geometry and extended to the more realistic two-dimensional landscape.     

金融支持衢州四大产业集群绿色发展的路径研究

本文在衢州市近年来产业集群的现状以及金融支持产业集群发展已有经验的基础上,分析了金融支持过程中遭遇的主要瓶颈,并从五个方面对金融支持产业集群绿色发展的路径进行了研究.     

基于熵权—模糊综合评判的产业集群自主创新能力评价方法研究

在对产业集群自主创新能力的内涵及其构成进行分析的基础上,得到了产业集群自主创新能力的评价指标体系。将模糊综合评判中的主因素突出型、加权平均型和全面制约型三类隶属度结合起来,构造了符合客观实际的隶属函数,从而得到了产业集群自主创新能力综合评价模型。同时,在确定权重过程中,利用反映指标真实情况的指标熵,结合专家调查,得到兼顾主客观状况的评价指标权重,通过实证检验证明了此评价方法在产业集群自主创新能力评价中的有效性。     

陕西省产业集群与区域经济发展的相关性分析

随着东部发达地区产业集群条件的逐步形成,陕西省必须加强产业集群的培育与发展,提高工业化水平;发挥产业集群的优势,加快城市化进程。为此,有必要对陕西省产业集群与区域经济发展的相关性进行分析,进一步对产业集群发展、工业化、城市化的互动进行实证。     

The Interactions between Industrial Clusters and City Suburbs Development

Industrial clusters are the new trend in industry development, which creates competitive advantage. Establishing creative clusters in city suburbs will greatly accelerate the development of suburbs, which provides better environments for economic development in return. Thus there are reciprocal interactions between industrial clusters and city suburbs development. The present paper will illustrate the relationship and give some advices about how to plan industrial clusters in suburbs.     

Clusters,knowledge spillovers and new venture performance: An empirical examination

Firms in geographic regions with industry clustering have been hypothesized to possess performance advantages due to superior access to knowledge spillovers. Yet, no prior studies have directly examined the relationship between a firm's location within a cluster, knowledge spillovers and firm performance. In this study, we examine whether technological spillovers explain the performance of new ventures in cluster regions. We find that ventures located within geographic clusters absorb more knowledge from the local environment and have higher growth and innovation performance, but contrary to conventional wisdom, technological spillovers are not the contributing cause of higher performance observed for these firms.     

FDI技术溢出效应及影响因素地区差异比较研究

FDI是资本、技术和管理等一系列要素的综合体,提升FDI的技术溢出效应,对企业技术进步、产业升级和增长方式的转变具有重要的现实意义。本文以外商直接投资理论为基础,实证分析FDI技术溢出效应的区域差异,考察地区差异影响因素,进而发现我国各地区特别是中西部地区存在很大的优化利用FDI、提升FDI对我国内资企业的技术溢出作用的潜力。     

山东省海洋产业集群发展对策研究

本文首先利用区位商的方法分析了山东省主要海洋产业的产业集群聚集度,山东省海洋盐业产业集群已经形成并处于稳定发展的阶段,其他海洋产业集群有待形成,并呈现出了快速发展趋势的结论;然后利用灰色关联度分析主要海洋产业之间的关联性,山东省各海洋产业之间存在着较大的关联性,特别是海洋的电力业与其他海洋产业以及其他海洋产业和海洋电力业的关联程度最大,滨海旅游业相对来说就比较独立,其与海洋交通运输业具有一定的关联性。     

珠三角地区主题公园产业集群演进模式分析

进入21世纪以来,旅游产业环境发生了重大变化,在这种全球性世界经济危机的环境下,曾经被视为行业典范的珠三角地区主题公园产业集群发展模式受到质疑,笔者通过对珠三角地区主题公园产业集群演进机制深入分析以及发展模式比较,旨在引起业界对主题公园产业集群发展新的思考。     

交易成本视角下我国物流园区建设现状研究

物流园区是产业集群的表现,它发挥集群优势,降低了园区内各个企业的交易成本。现阶段,我国物流产业发展非常迅速,大江南北出现了许多现代化的物流园区,产生了明显的社会和经济效用,但问题也随之产生,物流园区降低交易成本的经济功能并没有充分的发挥,甚至造成了资源浪费。本文分析这些问题产生的原因,并提出相应的对策建议,以充分发挥物流园区对经济发展的促进作用。
