非公有制林业发展的制度障碍及其对策研究

通过对非公有制林业的内涵和特点的分析,指出了非公有制林业产权保护不力、采伐限额制度的束缚制约、林地使用制度不完善和林业金融保障制度不完善等主要制度障碍,并在此基础上提出了相应对策:①加强产权保护;②改革采伐限额制度;③完善林地使用制度;④实施新型林业投资制度。     

浅谈中小企业融资问题——以潍坊市中小企业融资为例

中小企业融资难问题是世界各国普遍关注的问题,在我国由于长期的"抓大放小"政策,中小企业发展缓慢,管理不健全,信用不佳,难以融资。而资金不足,又限制了企业发展。经过银行业体制改革和金融危机的冲击,融资难更成为中小企业发展瓶颈。本文主要以潍坊为例,分析了融资难的问题,并提出了与当地实际相符的解决方案。     

Unlimited shelf space in Internet supply chains: Treasure trove or wasteland?

Internet retailing offers merchants limitless shelf space. This has led experts to highlight the existence of a “long tail” of offerings on the web and assert that the future of online business is “selling less of more.” However, it is difficult for Internet retailers of physical goods to sell a large scope of products without having to handle potentially large amounts of product returns from customers. This is due to the fact that customers can and do get overwhelmed by excessive product variety and often make erroneous purchasing decisions. We shed light on this issue through an assessment of theoretical predictions based on data from sales and returns of almost 7000 products in a particular product category. While retailers can benefit from expanding the scope of their inventories to generate Internet sales, the success of this strategy will depend on the control of unjustified product returns by consumers and the management of recurrent execution errors and product fit failures in transactions with customers. Furthermore, from our results, the gains that this strategy will bring to retailers will be bound by the amount of time products have been available on the Internet retailer's site, as well as by other attributes such as product price and size.

我国实施电子政务运行环境的主要障碍分析及对策研究

电子政务是信息化社会发展的必然，电子政务的建设热潮目前正在世界范围内展开。本文作者认为在中国的特殊国情下发展电子政务还存在许多运行环境上的障碍，不予清除就达不到我们的预期目标。为此，作者提出了若干对策建议。     

Spatially explicit micro-level modelling of land use change at the rural–urban interface

This paper describes micro‐economic models of land use change applicable to the rural‐urban interface in the US. Use of a spatially explicit micro‐level modelling approach permits the analysis of regional patterns of land use as the aggregate outcomes of many, disparate individual land use decisions distributed across space. In contrast to the models featured by Nelson and Geoghegan, we focus on models that require spatially articulated data on parcel‐level land use changes through time. In characterising the spatially disaggregated models, we highlight issues uniquely related to the management and generation of spatial data and the estimation of micro‐level spatial models.     

基站内置多通道AISG控制单元的应用与设计

为减少外置设备的使用和网管平台的统一,基站需要设计内置的AISG控制器。给出 了基站内置多通道AISG控制单元的应用模式,分析了AISG接口电路的参数选择方法。计算表 明,通过软件控制可以降低对基站电源的容量和过流门限的需求。软件中包括了设备的快速 扫描方法,能够有效处理双向和单向会话,并实现了协议的兼容性。     

乡村社区空间界面理论研究

乡村社区空间在经济高速发展、社会网络日渐复杂的条件下逐渐变化,界面作为物流、能流、信息流比较活跃的区域,对乡村社区发展功效显著。从空间界面理论着手,深入探讨空间界面在乡村社区各空间中的具体应用。结果显示：空间界面是乡村社区各相应空间的相对活跃区域,乡村社区各活动空间之间存在着密切关联,从空间界面出发制定乡村社区发展方略具备科学性、合理性。     

企业战略执行的障碍及对策

战略执行是把决策转化为具体行动并最终实现战略目标的过程,如何促使战略有效执行越来越受到理论界和企业界的重视。然而,由于相关研究尚未系统和深入,缺乏理论指导的战略执行实践障碍重重。文章对企业战略执行过程中沟通、人力资源、组织架构、资源分配、反馈等主要障碍进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策,对执行的实践具有一定的现实意义。     

逆向抵押贷款实施的障碍及应对策略分析

本文介绍了逆向抵押贷款的含义和在中国推行的动力,分析了在推行过程中存在的如房屋价值的评估、金融政策的不完善、我国房地产市场的发展状况、传统观念、逆向抵押贷款参与方之间的关系等影响逆向抵押贷款实施的障碍因素,实施中的障碍因素的应对策略和在我国推行逆向抵押贷款的现实意义。
