我国会计标准国际趋同的动态研究——以2000-2006年B股分析为例

本文通过对样本公司2000年至2006年按照我国会计标准和国际会计准则所披露的净损益指标的统计分析,研究我国会计标准的国际趋同情况。结果表明,从2000年到2006年,我国会计准则的发展并没有呈现一个方向一致的趋同趋势,分行业考察也没有一个规律性的变动趋势。另外,2000年和2006年导致差异出现的因素构成、因素的影响程度等也是不同的。

世界经济一体化、人类的全球化作为一种发展进程 ,正在加快它的脚步。由此而带来的一系列问题 ,尤其是摆在发展中国家面前的问题 ,不但是影响国际政治的重大因素 ,更是决定这些国家的前进方向和发展策略的现实基础。回顾邓小平的国际政治理论将使我们明晰时代感、加强自我定位的科学性、提高国际适应能力。

人民监督是我国行政监督体系中的重要组成部分,在当前遏制权力腐败的斗争中发挥重要作用.文章通过对我国人民监督现状的分析,提出了加强人民监督的具体对策.     

International Students in Asia: Travel Behaviors and Destination Perceptions

This study investigates the incidence of international student travel in Taiwan. It was found that Chinese, Asian and other international students behave somewhat differently from respondents in prior studies conducted in Western settings. Cultural background influenced the travel behaviors of international students as well as their perceptions of Taiwan as a tourism destination. The visiting friends and relatives (VFR) market induced by Asian respondents offers greater tourism-related potential than the travel activity that students themselves undertake. The contrary was found for non-Asian students where the student-induced VFR market is small and prospectively less attractive than the student market. The Chinese international student travel market and induced VFR market showed less potential than anticipated, perhaps because of the embryonic stage of diplomatic and commercial relations between Taiwan and mainland China.     

供应链视角下旅游者权力研究

文章借鉴渠道权力的定义,对供应链中旅游者权力进行了定义。在社会权力、渠道权力和消费者权力研究的基础之上,进一步将旅游者权力分解为奖惩权、合法权、被赋权、信息权和专家权,并根据权力行使机制和权力来源对其进行了分类。由于行权障碍等因素的存在,旅游者实际的影响力不仅受旅游者基础权力影响,还受到行权能力与行权意识的影响。由此得出旅游者实际权力公式,并分析了旅游者权力的影响因素。最后,提出应该突破以往供应商—中间商的二元分析结构,将旅游者纳入旅游供应链的研究中。     

我国人口老龄化高峰来临前夕的挑战与机遇

本文分析了我国急剧人口转变和快速老龄化的状况与趋势。本文认为,我国应当抓住人口超高龄化高峰来临前的有利时机,将不断增多的国民储蓄向长期投资类型的积累性养老金资产转变。同时．与国际资本市场合作,为经济发展提供长期动力,做好迎接人口老龄化高峰的准备。     

政府间转移支付:国际经验借鉴与启示

我国政府间转移支付滞后于社会和经济发展的需要,使其效果深受影响.科学的政府间转移支付制度是市场经济体制具备完善性的必要条件.目前,在完善的市场经济体制国家中,已形成了构建政府间转移支付的一般作法.其中,具有代表性的国家为美国、德国与日本.总结这三个国家所积累的经验,比较我国政府间转移支付的现状,对增强我国政府间转移支付的科学性具有重要启示,从而有利于我国市场经济体制的完善与和谐社会的构建.     

Market and Cost Structure in the U.S. Beef Packing Industry: A Plant-Level Analysis

A resurgence of consolidation in the U.S. meat packing industry in the past few decades has stimulated academic and policy debate. Issues raised include the role of cost economies in driving these patterns, and the effects on the agricultural sector (cattle producers) from market power. Here, plant level cost and revenue data for U.S. beef packing plants are used to estimate a cost-based model incorporating cattle- and output-market pricing behavior. The robust results indicate little market power exploitation in either the cattle input or beef output markets, and that any apparent evidence is counteracted by cost efficiencies such as utilization and scope economies.     

基于网络层次分析法的区域软实力评价——以江苏省为例

基于国内外软实力研究文献,考虑各指标间的交互影响、指标的数据获取和量化等因素,构建了包括三级指标的区域软实力评价指标体系,并利用网络层次分析法对江苏省的软实力进行评价。研究结果表明:江苏省的综合软实力排名为全国第二,这主要得益于其区域文化、科技创新能力以及和谐度的排名靠前,而扩散度、人口素质、区域环境以及公共服务的得分偏低。据此提出强化江苏省综合软实力的相应措施:应进一步强化各类传媒的扩散作用、完善公共服务体制以及优化投资以及居住环境等。
