基于制度变迁理论的政府投资项目管理模式探讨

运用制度变迁理论，分析了我国政府投资项目管理模式的制度需求、中央政府和地方政府在政府投资项目管理模式制度变迁中的主体地位、强制性和诱导性两种制度变迁方式，强调在制度创新过程中应当注意制度变迁效率。     

论实业投资与虚拟投资的关系

企业投资按照性态可划分为实业投资和虚拟投资,二者对企业经济发展能够起到“双轨驱动”效应。为了有效发挥实业投资和虚拟投资对提高企业绩效的作用,笔者以实业投资和虚拟投资的内涵为研究的基点,对实业投资与虚拟投资的统一性、背离性关系进行了深入探讨,并提出了协调实业投资与虚拟投资关系的有效措施。     

创业投资公司的后续管理模式设计

文章认为创业投资的后续管理是创业投资机构或专家减少投资风险,确保预期的投资收益率的重要手段。文章以某创业投资公司设计的积极干预型后续管理模式为例,探讨该管理模式把增值服务揉合在监控过程之中,使其能有效地介入创业企业的管理,并进一步突破信息不对称的束缚、减少各种代理风险。     

REITs在商业地产发展中的运用

REITs是一种可以使广大中小投资者投资房地产并分享稳定收益的方式。随着我国房地产宏观调控政策作用的不断显现,房地产开发企业所面临的融资条件越来越严格。对于开发投资大,回收期长的商业地产开发来说,发展REITs具有重要意义,不仅能拓宽商业地产开发的融资渠道,还可以分散银行体系的经营风险,防范金融业风险。对国内商业地产开发中存在的问题和在商业地产中引入REITs时开发商应做的准备工作进行了讨论,同时结合美国REITs的经验提出了相关政策建议。     

Evidence on corruption as an incentive for foreign direct investment

This paper assesses the relationship between corruption and inward foreign direct investment (FDI). Previous research has presumed that corruption directly enters the cost function of multinationals, suggesting a negative relationship between corruption and FDI. For a sample of 73 developed and less developed countries and the time period 1995–1999, we find a clear positive relationship between corruption and FDI. Corruption is thus a stimulus for FDI.     

市场分割下中国加工贸易出口主体分化问题研究

外部采购与加工贸易是近年来出现的新贸易现象,对中国来说,低廉的劳动力成本是取得加工贸易比较优势的主要原因,加工贸易发展进程中出口主体的分化是中国从城乡二元劳动力市场向城市二元劳动力市场转变的结果,要继续保持加工贸易比较优势,就应该增强劳动力市场的流动性,实现劳动力市场的统一。     

煤炭企业跨区投资进入模式的影响因素分析——基于东中部煤炭企业实践

本文在总结国内外影响外部企业跨区投资进入模式选择主要因素的基础上．结合煤炭行业的特征，以我国东中部国有重点煤炭企业的实践为例，分析影响煤炭企业跨区投资进入模式的关键因素。     

Learning by doing,spillovers and shakeouts

This paper studies industry evolution driven by non strategic learning by doing and spillovers. We characterize a dynamic process of cost and output changes and its effect on welfare and industry profits. The paper gives conditions for shakeouts to occur and analyzes the key factors affecting these conditions. Since shakeouts could lead to a long-run social loss due to higher market concentration, there is a role for a government to play in limiting unnecessary shakeouts. Capital needs in Eastern countries

This paper reviews estimated capital needs for Eastern Europe and rejects most of the claimed foreign capital contributions as too high and, in fact, unnecessary. It argues that whilst foreign investments may usefully assist reforms, they can neither substitute for reforms nor assure the success of reforms. Historically there is no evidence of sustained growth predominantly financed by foreign capital anywhere. The West's effort should therefore focus on assisting reform efforts, providing some capital but, above all, opening its markets to Eastern products.Opinions expressed in this paper are strictly personal.
