基于大规模定制的组织变革趋势研究

传统的大规模生产模式组织构架,不适应大规模定制模式的要求,因此向大规模定制转变有必要变革传统的组织构架。基于大规模定制组织变革的趋势是:以创造和传递个性化的客户价值为导向、以流程为中心的组织变革趋势、柔性化趋势、组织结构的模块化、扁平化变革趋势、网络化变革趋势等等。     

论国内传媒主流的品牌价值评估体系的缺陷

如今,传媒开始运用品牌价值评估这管理工具,进行财务管理和战略管理。但是,当下学界和业界对传媒品牌进行直接或间接评估时,都直接套用工业企业品牌的评估方法,并没有建立独立的传媒品牌价值评估体系。这表明传媒与一般企业的本质差异被忽视---这正是当下传媒主流的品牌价值评估体系的缺陷。若通过“精神价值维度”,可以完善评估体系。     

The more others care,the more you share? – Social contagion as a stardom trigger of social media superstars –

Emerging superstars on social media platforms reshape the media landscape. This research analyses social contagion as a stardom trigger of social media superstars (SMS). We argue that in addition to serving as a quality indicator, the number of observed consumers of SMS performances also indicates the suitability of discussing the SMS performances with others. We experimentally manipulated the number of previous views of a YouTube video and find that a high number of previous views significantly increases the perceived quality and the video’s discussion suitability even when holding all objective video characteristics constant. We discuss implications for aspiring SMS and (online) marketers.     

Critical mass of users versus critical mass of services in a multiproduct information service system

In this paper we study the economic behaviour of the suppliers of a set of advanced telecommunications services with a joint adoption cost (common access facilities, learning process, etc.). In fixing the two-part tariffs for their services the suppliers have to share the burden of leaving to the users a surplus sufficient to cover the adoption cost. The lack of coordination in supplying a critical mass of services or in the pricing decisions has high changes to result in suboptimal or unviable diffusion of the new technology as a whole. We present a static optimization model of user behaviour, and derive access and usage demand with a two-part tariff and a joint adoption cost. We compare noncooperative and cooperative market equilibria in a duopoly with perfect information; finally we discuss the extension of our analysis to the case of imperfect information in a dynamic setting.     

试论研究环境问题的三种理论框架

本文认为,对环境问题的理论研究大致分三种脉络:外部性与社会福利、公地的悲剧与环境产权、物质平衡模型与可持续发展规划。依据这三种理论框架,解决环境问题的对策措施需要同时从市场机制建设、人类社会发展目标确定与技术途径三个方面展开。     

我国传媒经济地域差异分析

中国传媒产业发展具有不均衡性,存在"高地"、"洼地"之分,有其历史和政策等诸多成因.行政区划带来了行政壁垒及地方保护主义,使得传媒资源不能顺利地进行优化配置,导致了"高地"的"回波效应"明显而"扩散效应"微弱.因此,国家应从政策、资金和技术上对传媒"洼地"进行支持,打破行业及行政壁垒,走科学和谐的发展之路,以促进社会主义文化的发展与繁荣.     

财政补贴与众创空间运营绩效关系研究——基于结构方程模型

为研究财政补贴与众创空间运营绩效的关系,通过问卷调查获取福建省众创空间样本数据,以财政补贴和众创空间成本结构为自变量,选取众创空间孵化绩效、众创空间投融资绩效、众创空间服务绩效、众创空间社会贡献、众创空间场地运营绩效为因变量,运过Amos和SPSS软件构建相应结构方程模型来研究财政补贴与众创空间运营绩效二者关系。通过模型定量分析发现财政补贴与众创空间运营绩效存在一定程度的相关关系,此外也发现众创空间内部存在财政补贴使用效率较低等问题。最后,为政府优化财政补贴政策提供参考。     

Individual Investors' Attention to Accounting Information: Evidence from Online Financial Communities*

Online financial communities provide a unique opportunity to directly examine individual investors' attention to accounting information on a large scale and in great detail. I analyze accounting-related content in large samples of Yahoo! message board posts and StockTwits and find investors pay attention to a range of accounting information, fixating particularly on earnings, cash, and revenues. Consistent with the expectation that investors react to relevant information events, I find accounting-related discussion elevated around the filings of earnings releases and 8-K reports, but the reaction to periodic reports is confined to small firms. I also find investors expand their acquisition of accounting information and processing efforts in poor information environments. Greater attention to accounting information at earnings releases does not appear to be meaningfully associated with better information processing.
