浅谈我国的科技自主创新--兼谈陕西科技自主创新

科技自主创新能力薄弱是制约我国和区域经济及社会发展的瓶颈,同时也是影响国际竞争力的不利因素。面对各国科技自主创新速度的不断加快,要改变我国在某些关键技术方面受制于人的被动局面,努力提高我国科技自主创新能力刻不容缓。本文所提出的对策是:增强对科技自主创新能力的认识;加强科技成果的转化;强化政府的作用;落实相关科技政策措施;重视科技自主创新人才等。     

中国经济增长实证分析:1978～2005

本文根据笔者提出的内能增长思想,对中国改革开放以来1978—2005年的经济增长进行实证分析。结论是,中国改革开放以来经济快速增长的主要原因是,中国的次第渐进式改革使得由人们经济努力的主观意愿组成的经济内能始终维持在较高的水平上,未来一段时间中国仍然能够维持较高的经济内能水平和较快的增长速度,关键是要坚持渐进式的改革开放,控制收入增长速度,鼓励人们进行经济努力,并实现社会经济的平等和谐和收入分配公平等。     

北京CBD金融业发展特色及对策分析

6年历程，北京CBD基础设施和服务环境建设成就斐然。作为现代经济的核心，以北京市为依托，金融业在北京CBD虽持续发展，但迄今为止，在区域经济中所占比例仍然较小，短期内尚不足以支撑起北京商务中心区龙头产业的发展地位。本文拟在概况分析的基础上，借鉴国内外CBD产业集聚发展的经验，提出北京CBD金融产业发展的特色和方向。     

Supply chain integration and operational performance: The contingency effects of production systems

The boundary conditions of supply chain integration (SCI) have been widely studied in order to find out when SCI is applicable and effective. However, prior studies have mainly focused on external contextual factors, such as supply complexity, environmental uncertainty and country-level infrastructure. This study contributes to the SCI literature by examining the contingency effects of internal production systems on the relationship between supplier integration, customer integration and operational performance. Based on organizational information processing theory, we provide evidence to show that the impact of supplier and customer integration on operational performance varies across production systems, such as one-of-a-kind production, batch production and mass production systems. The empirical results also reveal how supplier and customer integration can be matched with different configurations of production systems in order to achieve the desired quality, flexibility, delivery or cost performance.

Research on the relationship between stand productivity and site condition of Larix kaempferi

In this research, five plots are Selected based on stand storage and productivity of planted forest of Larix kaempferi （Japanese larch） as well as their relationship with factors suCh as forest age, site condition and stand density. Through standard plot investigation and method of trunk analysis, systematic research is conducted on storage and productivity of the planted forest and their relationship with site condition. As shown in the research, productivity of planted forest of Larix kaempferi in low latitude area is higher than that in high latitude area while stand productivity is higher in slight acid soil. Contents of potassium element in the soil have Considerable influence on productivity of the Larix kaempferi forest.

文化软实力已经成为综合国力的重要组成部分,文化竞争也已经成为国际竞争的战略制高点。提升我国文化软实力的重要价值在于文化软实力越来越深刻地影响着我国在国际上的地位和形象;越来越深刻地改变着我国经济发展的结构和格局;越来越深刻地彰显着我国广大人民的精神世界。我国经济实力的快速增强、文化需求的快速增长、科学技术的突飞猛进为提升我国文化软实力提供了良好的条件。提升我国文化软实力,必须加强社会主义核心价值体系建设,增强我国文化的凝聚力;继承中华民族优秀传统文化,提高我国文化的吸引力;振兴文化产业,增强我国文化的竞争力。     

世界速递业发展及对中国的启示

随着经济的发展和社会的进步，原来归于传统邮政业务中的速递业务逐渐向产业化的方向发展。与中国的速递业一样，世界各国的速递业发展仍处于刚开始并且相当不成熟的阶段。探讨各国速递业的发展现状和特点，并用产业组织学的市场结构理论分析中国速递业的现状，提出调整中国速递业市场结构的建议。     

Impatience implication of weakly Paretian orders: Existence and genericity

We study order theoretic and topological implications for impatience of weakly Paretian, representable orders on infinite utility streams. As a departure from the traditional literature, we do not make any continuity assumptions in proving the existence of impatient points. Impatience is robust in the sense that there are uncountably many impatient points. A general statement about genericity of impatience cannot be made for representable, weakly Paretian orders. This is shown by means of an example. If we assume a stronger sensitivity condition, then genericity obtains.     

黑龙江省农村金融制度现状及其问题分析

随着农村金融体制改革的深入,黑龙江省农村金融发生了可喜的变化。但也存在一些突出的问题,如直接融资占融资结构的比重偏低、金融服务体系不健全、农村金融抑制等。导致黑龙江省农村金融效率低下、农村金融资源配置的帕累托条件缺失的根本原因在于农村金融制度有效供给不足,以及制度结构不够协调。
