英语语音自我概念是在语音学习过程当中形成的,它是指学习者对自己语语音熟练程度的自我概念和评估。此文是基于237名非英语专业学习者的调研结果,研究围绕英语语音自我概念与英语成绩、英语整体自我概念、英语课堂焦虑的关系展开,还包括英语整体自我概念和各维度分支概念的关系。     

The effect of manager mobbing behaviour on female employees’ quality of life

The purpose of this paper is to examine the effect of manager mobbing behaviour on female employees’ quality of working life and overall quality of life. A mobbing behaviour may be a long-term hostile behaviour detected in employees at workplaces. A total of 373 female employees who work in five-star hotels in Turkey participated in this study. First, correlation analysis was performed between manager mobbing behaviour and female employees’ quality of working life, and overall quality of life. The results of the study revealed that there was a negative correlation between manager mobbing behaviour and female employees ‘quality of life. Second, the structural equation model was applied to analyse the relationship among these three constructs. The results of this analysis showed that managers’ mobbing behaviour has a significant negative effect on female employees ‘quality of working life and overall quality of life. In addition, employees’ quality of working life influences their overall quality of life.     

Love and Satisfaction Drive Persistent Stickiness: Investigating International Tourist Hotel Brands

Switching resistance loyalty manifests in persistent stickiness to the incumbent brand as the sole choice in the presence of other attractive alternatives. Empirically, it is the crucial determinant of retaining customers for long duration. However, specific drivers of such loyalty in the hospitality and tourism brand categories are still unclear. The current study, integrating the brand love and customer satisfaction paradigms, addresses this issue with a focus on international tourist hotel brands. Brand love proves to be a powerful driver of switching resistance loyalty toward the hotel brand. Noteworthy, overall customer satisfaction serves to reinforce the loyalty‐driving effect of brand love. Copyright © 2013 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

马尔库塞从“对立的总体性”来理解和批判资本主义社会现实,认为资本主义社会是一个整体,它对人民群众的专政不仅仅表现在政治和经济领域,而且渗透到了日常生活的各个方面和环节,包括思想、文化、道德、信仰、消费方式,甚至包括了社会和个体的心理。既然资本主义的专政是一种渗透到各个领域的总体专政,那么要推翻资本主义社会也就不能是单纯的政治和经济斗争,而必须是一种“总体的革命”,即一种贯穿于社会的政治、经济、思想、文化、道德和日常生活等各个领域里的革命。     

Consistency Matters! How and When Does Corporate Social Responsibility Affect Employees’ Organizational Identification?

Despite the increasing attention to corporate social responsibility (CSR) in the management literature, little is known about the mechanisms and boundary conditions explaining employees’ responses to CSR. Drawing on social identity and cue consistency theory, we develop a mediated moderation model that explains how and under which conditions perceived CSR affects employees’ organizational identification. We test the model by carrying out a three‐wave longitudinal study on employees of an international utility company. The findings indicate that perceived CSR interacts with overall justice to predict organizational identification through the successive mediation of perceived external prestige and organizational pride. The study clarifies and advances some of the theoretical foundations surrounding the micro‐level approach of CSR and has key implications for management research and practice.     

城镇职工医保基金结余问题与基金费用给付模式协同研究——基于某省W区的实证研究

职工医保统筹基金的结余水平与基金所采取的费用给付模式息息相关,城镇职工医保费用给付运营模式决定着统筹基金的结余水平应当保持在什么样的水平。本文以审计人员特有的视角,利用大数据分析技术及审计成果将职工医保基金结余进一步细分为个人账户结余与统筹基金结余进行研究,通过审计研究成果与政策规定的冲突以及职工医保与城乡医保基金相互之间的比较,分析基金结余研究的关键因素,进而探讨医保统筹基金费用给付模式,并就现阶段我国执行现收现付制加弱积累制混合模式的历史原因及现实因素作进一步的深入分析,最后基于人口老龄化背景下缓解职工医保收支恶化趋势提出相应的对策与建议。

我国八大区域的城乡统筹发展水平实证研究

区域发展不协调本质上是城乡发展不协调。基于我国八大经济区域的划分,对其城乡统筹发展水平进行实证研究显示：八大区域城乡统筹发展水平整体偏低,变化较为平稳,2004年后出现比较一致的上升趋势,但城乡统筹与经济发展不成一致正相关,各大区域的差异性明显。
