浅析工程建设领域推行工程担保保证制度

工程建设领域推行工程担保保证制度的必要性，是有利于规范业主行为，保证合同履约，制止无序的竞争、遏止腐败滋生，有利于与国际市场接轨等。实施工程担保保证制度的必要条件，是制定专业法规，培育专业担保公司，全面履行工程担保保证的各项职责。建设市场应推行工程担保保证制度，应认真组织好试点，拟订好试点的目标、内容和方法，选择好试点项目的承包主体。这对于保证我国建设市场的有效运行将起到良好的作用。     

国际工程设计与承包市场的相关性分析

依据1995～2004年美国《ENR》杂志公布的数据，运用SPSS软件从国家、地区以及全球的角度，对国际工程设计营业额与工程承包营业额的相关性进行了定量分析，并对分析的结果作了相应的解释。中还结合我国(除港澳台外)国际工程设计和承包市场相关性的特点，提出了发展我国国际工程设计与承包业的建议。     

对中小型建筑企业合同管理的思考

通过对中小型建筑企业合同管理的现状分析，针对建筑企业合同管理存在的主要问题及其原因，提出了包括加强合同教育、优化企业和项目的管理组织结构、完善合同管理制度体系和合同文本体系、建立合同信息管理系统等提高中小犁建筑企业合同管理水平的主要途径。     

规范供用电合同 防范经营风险

针对当前供用电合同不适应市场经济发展和存在的漏洞,提出了规范供用电合同、防范经营风险的对策.     

顾客集中与管理层治理——基于薪酬契约和代理成本的视角

本文以创业板上市公司为研究样本，从薪酬契约和代理成本的视角，检验了顾客集中与管理层治理的关系。实证分析结果显示，顾客集中度与高管薪酬和代理成本存在显著负相关关系。结果表明：顾客集中显著影响公司薪酬契约，顾客集中降低了高管薪酬；顾客集中降低代理成本，减轻管理层代理冲突问题。这些研究结论丰富了公司治理的理论内容，同时对于缓解公司代理冲突、改善公司治理矛盾具有重要的现实意义。     

International buyer behaviour–commitment relationship: An investigation of the empirical link in importing

Drawing on the resource-based view (RBV) of the firm this article examines relationships between knowledge, trust, communication, volatility and sustainable competitive advantage as the exogenous and endogenous variables with importer commitment as the dependent variable. The primary data was gathered from a survey of 224 commercial and industrial firms, headquartered in Bangladesh, coming from a wide cross section of industries. Statistical analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modelling via AMOS. The study's key findings revealed that all exogenous/endogenous variables had a significant impact on importer commitment. That is, knowledge, trust, communication, volatility and sustainable competitive advantage had a significant direct impact on importer commitment. Additionally, cultural similarity, communication, volatility and supplier opportunism all had a significant indirect impact on importer commitment. This finding makes a significant contribution to the relational side of the RBV.

建筑施工企业工程项目合同管理的法律风险及防范

工程项目是建筑施工企业经营管理的源头和效益的源泉。加强工程项目合同管理,从源头上预防和化解法律风险,杜绝纠纷案件,是提升项目创效水平,实现项目效益的重要环节。本文论述了工程项目合同管理中容易引发的法律风险,以及就如何防范法律风险有针对性的提出了预防措施,对建筑施工企业防范法律风险有着较强的指导意义。     

Relational and Process Multiplexity in Vertical Supply Chain Triads: An Exploration in the U.S. Restaurant Industry

Both supply chain relationships and process connections between organizational units have been studied in business research, to enhance the understanding of supply chain integration, and to explore the differential outcomes of both types of connections for business and functional performance. However, the extant research remains deficient in two ways: within individual studies, researchers have operationalized supply chain connectivity unidimensionally, with the concept of connectivity constrained to either social relations or operational/process ties while disregarding the other viewpoint. Additionally, researchers have persistently designed studies to evaluate dyadic structures, while foregoing the larger, more intricate structures representative of complex supply chains. We address these issues by modeling supply chain connectivity as having multiple relational‐ and process‐based threads comprising linkages, and by empirically testing a set of theorized relationships describing vertical triadic supply chain networks (manufacturer, broker, retailer) within the U.S. restaurant industry. We find that increased supply chain connectivity improves chain performance, but this improvement is more directly attributable to process‐based linkages than relational linkages, which impact performance only through the process mediator variable, suggesting that current theories of interorganizational relationalism may lack complete conceptualization. Implications of these findings for managers and the academy are highlighted, and areas of follow‐on research are discussed.
