价值链理论在战略性新兴产业营销策划中的运用——以A数控公司为例

本文结合A知名数控公司的营销现状，进行SWOT分析，根据价值链理论，结合公司实际，对该公司营销策划提出若干的建议，以期提升公司的营销能力。     

基于Wmatrix的《红楼梦》两英译本文体对比研究

从翻译文体分析角度，对《红楼梦》的两个经典译本，即杨完益夫妇和英国汉学家霍克思英文全译本进行对比分析，采用Wmatrix进行深层次语义特征等标注，实现语料数据自动提取与对比分析，重点关注词频、词性和语义范畴等在两译本中的分布特征。研究发现，译者因所处的语言、文化背景不同，翻译策略各有侧重，这些都在译文的语义范畴中有明显体现。这些发现可为《红楼梦》的翻译研究提供新的视角。     

战略性招聘和甄选与机会平等、无歧视的兼容性分析

本文通过分析(SR&S),探讨SR&S是否与机会平等、无歧视等工作措施相兼容。首先从学术理论探讨SR&S的发展历程,以及与机会平等、无歧视工作措施的联系,其次探讨他们的一致性和矛盾性,最后根据Compton et al.(2009)的观点提出可行性建议。     

Kinship and business: how entrepreneurial households facilitate business growth

Building on studies that have stressed the importance of context and the role of the family in business growth, this study explores the role of the entrepreneurial household in the process of business development and growth. We seek to understand how household strategy influences the development of new businesses, the ways in which household characteristics and dynamics influence business growth strategy decisions and how business portfolios are managed and developed by the household. To examine these questions, comparative case studies were undertaken drawing data from four entrepreneurial households located in remote rural regions of Norway and Scotland. The data reveal the role of the entrepreneurial household in the evolution of business creation and growth, examining the processual aspects of entrepreneurial growth, the interactions between business activities and entrepreneurial households and how business portfolios are developed in practice. Three analytical themes emerged from the analyses: the tightly interwoven connections between the business and the household, the use of family and kinship relations as a business resource base and how households mitigate risk and uncertainty through self-imposed growth controls. Although previous studies have viewed entrepreneurial growth largely as an outcome of personal ambition and business strategy, these results reveal the importance of the entrepreneurial household and the household strategy in determining business growth activities.     

基于SSCI的战略人力资源管理文献现状研究

近年来,战略人力资源管理是人力资源管理领域的前沿课题。尽管目前相关研究成果颇丰,但是人们对于战略人力资源管理理论研究的整体发展状况仍未能准确把握。基于SSCI数据库,对战略人力资源管理的发展阶段进行了划分,识别了具有引领意义的重要刊物、高被引文献的来源国家(地区)和研究机构、研究主题,同时对基于行为观视角和资源基础观视角的战略人力资源管理研究进展进行了重点剖析,从而为后人的研究奠定基础。     

一体化环境下津冀港口群战略联盟构建研究

首先对津冀港口群的竞争现状和各港口竞争优势进行分析;其次提出了实现港口物流战略联盟的框架并构建了利益分配模型;最后从建立协调组织机构、通过资本运作、构建信息平台等方面探讨了津冀港口群实现战略联盟的路径。     

西安XX旅行社入境游发展的战略组合

总体战略经过层层分解最终是由各职能部门来实现的。XX旅行社应侧重于运用战略组合来达到自己的战略目标。具体而言,从XX旅行社整体或各个业务单位的角度看,该社的发展可以通过内部增长———发展战略,和外部增长——竞争与合作战略这两种类型的战略综合运用来实现。     

基于高校就业指导战略目标定位的思考

教育部将就业率作为高校办学工作的重要考核指标,加之大学生就业难的事实,高校为了生存不得不将就业率摆在就业指导目标的首位。然而如此运作以来,频现急功近利、投机取巧之乱象,那么,高校就业指导究竟何去何从,才能有效突破就业及就业率的瓶颈,进而形成可持续的良性发展格局,最终实现学生、学校和政府的共赢?本文试图从国际化大视野角度,依据经典案例,通过对社会上宽口径企业的用人之道及用人价值取向研究,结合国内相关学校的宝贵思想理念和实践,提出并解析踏踏实实育人才是就业指导战略目标的根本。     

Rejuvenating wood carving industry in Taiwan Sanyi： A perspective of strategic management

This research aimed at providing suggestions to rejuvenate the wood carving industry in Taiwan Sanyi. The authors conducted interviews with representative store keepers and sculptors to gain industrial insights, and applied the strategic matrix analysis developed by Dr. Seetoo to examine industrial conditions and formulate strategic suggestions for wood carving companies. The industry was found lack of market orientation, which was considered as the critical factor of the long term depression. However, a market of tourism for nostalgic and cultural experience started developing in the near area, providing opportunities for Sanyi wood carving industry to recover. The main suggestions the authors made are （1） restructuring the product scope to respond to the market, and （2） branding with resorts in near area.     

抓住和用好中俄区域合作的战略机遇期

从长远来看,把业已建立起来的中俄战略协作伙伴关系推进到新的高度,需要积极与务实地发展两国经贸关系,不断提高两国之间经济利益的依存度,而加强中俄间的区域合作是提升两国经贸合作水平的重要一环。这几年来,中俄区域合作有利因素在增加,突出表现在:两国相互战略依托关系不断强化;两国发展战略经济利益切合点在增多;确定了区域合作的重点领域。因此,可以认为,中俄面临区域合作的战略机遇期。
