浅谈高校学生宿舍管理的策略

学生宿舍是学生在学校学习期间重要的生活和学习场所,也是学生在校期间进行社会交际的主要平台以及进行学生德育的重要基地。因此,在当前高校学生的思想道德教育极其受关注的背景下,学生宿舍的管理工作在整个学校的管理中显得异常重要。本文主要从德育、制度、资源和文化四个方面对高校学生宿舍的管理策略进行了探讨。     

Supply chain configurations in a global environment: A longitudinal perspective

In the last few years, companies have paid growing attention to the management of their supply chain at a global level. The need for better suppliers, international competition and research of specific competences have forced companies to improve their ability to cope with suppliers and customers located in different countries around the world. This paper aims to provide an overview of how manufacturing companies use global supply chains and how their behaviour changes over time. Longitudinal data from a sample of companies from the last two editions of the International Manufacturing Strategy Survey (IMSS) are used. A contingent analysis of manufacturing localization and globalization is also considered in order to identify factors influencing supply chain globalization strategies. Dynamics of quote and deal prices in the foreign exchange market

We empirically investigate price fluctuations of yen-dollar exchange rate using the high-frequency data recorded in the electronic broking system for seven-year period. The distribution of quote price changes has symmetric fat-tails approximated by a power law; however, that of deal price is asymmetrical. The autocorrelation function and diffusion of price changes indicate that quote price exhibits anti-correlation feature in short time scale, whereas deal price is essentially uncorrelated. The bid-ask spread shows power-law distribution and long range temporal correlations similar to that observed in absoute price changes.      

中国区域城市体系演化实证研究

针对我国区域城市体系发展现状,对该体系的演化过程进行了实证分析,考察了我国城市体系的区域分布特征、区域城市体系的分布密度以及规模结构.研究结论显示,东部省份城市的数量和空间分布密度要明显高于中西部地区,说明东部地区城市体系的发育程度处于领先地位;同时,分析结果也表明,各地区城市体系的规模结构演化趋势较为一致,都经历了一个先分散、后集中的过程.     

应急物流中物资调运研究综述

在灾害的救助过程中,合理地调运应急物资,对有效减轻灾害程度,减少灾害影响范围,缩短受害持续时间有着特殊的意义。文章通过对应急物流中物资调运的相关文献进行分析总结。指出相关研究中所存在的问题,并就进一步研究提出展望。     

Sociological Models Based on Fréchet Random Variables

Products of random variables are of both practical and theoretical significance to social scientists. This has increased the need to have available the widest possible range of statistical results on products of random variables. In this note, the distribution of the product XY is derived when X and Y are independent Fréchet random variables. Extensive tabulations of the associated percentage points are also given.     

Determining the optimal process means under mixture normal distributions

In this paper, we consider that the working environment has certain states, and in every state, the parameters of quality characteristics are different. Thus, if we set the characteristics parameters in a specified state, these parameters will change to another state. To describe this situation, we use a mixture of normal distributions, which comprise a flexible and powerful statistical-based modeling tool in practice. Under the step loss function and the piecewise linear loss function, we select the optimal means for the proposed manufacturing process.     

A unified approach to bivariate discrete distributions

Here we introduce a bivariate generalized hypergeometric factorial moment distribution (BGHFMD) through its probability generating function (p.g.f.) whose marginal distributions are the generalized hypergeometric factorial moment distributions introduced by Kemp and Kemp (Bull Int Stat Inst 43:336–338,1969). Well-known bivariate versions of distributions such as binomial, negative binomial and Poisson are special cases of this distribution. A genesis of the distribution and explicit closed form expressions for the probability mass function of the BGHFMD, its factorial moments and the p.g.f.’s of its conditional distributions are derived here. Certain recurrence relations for probabilities, moments and factorial moments of the bivariate distribution are also established.     

发展黑龙江省专业物流中心对策

“十一五”黑龙江省将加快发展与培育专业物流服务企业,即实施放宽市场准入,逐步取消对物流企业经营范围的限制,促进现有运输、仓储、货代、批发、零售企业的服务延伸和功能整合．加快传统物流企业向现代、专业化物流企业的转变的相关政策。文章从黑龙江省物流服务企业的发展角度出发．从地理位置、物流服务条件、人才、信息平台、理论研究等方面阐述黑龙江省物流行业的基本发展现状,并对未来的发展趋势在专业化、现代化、社会化、多元化等综合思想的指导下．提出了关于机制、运行、改进、变化、人才、信息等各方面的对策建议。     

配送中心车辆调度模型及遗传算法设计

针对物流配送中心车辆调度问题,采用混合整数规划方法进行建模。对实际问题进行研兖分析后,基于所研究问题的特点,提出基于遗传算法的求解方法。通过数值实验对算法不同参数组合进行分析、比较,获得最佳参数组合．建立了有效的求解该问题的遗传算法。并通过对实际问题的数值仿真试验．验证了算法的有效性。
