农村宅基地流转中存在的问题与完善对策——以攸县农村宅基地流转的实地调查为例

通过结合攸县农村宅基地流转的相关调查与实际概况分析,宅基地流转方式分为出租、出售、征地置换三种。由于农村宅基地流转具有特殊性,使农村宅基地流转中存在许多问题,如流转缺乏合理的资源配置,缺乏合乎需求的法律支撑,缺乏明确的法律途径纠纷解决机制,流转缺乏灵活的宅基地利用方式以及切实可行的管理体制等。因此,必须以＂地尽其用＂作为基本出发点和总体思路,完善我国农村宅基地的流转法律制度。     

剖析内地旅客在澳门只作短暂停留的原因与对策

旅游(及博彩)业长期都是澳门经济的重要产业.在2003年内地"个人游"政策实施后,来澳者过半为内地旅客,可是他们平均在澳停留天数偏低.本文通过深度调查访问、问卷调查和统计分析探究及检验内地旅客决定在澳停留天数的因素.结果发现来澳目的、来澳次数、可支配收入、出入境交通工具、出入境便利性等都是重要因素.故本文提出以下对策:鼓励以商业为目的的旅客,举办季节性转变的主题活动,在内地高档场所加强宣传和推广,开拓更多的航班和航线,提高边检部门的效率等.

Exporting status and success in innovation: evidence from CIS micro data for EU countries

Using a large sample of micro data from four waves of Community Innovation Survey for EU member states, we investigate the relationship between firms’ export status and different sorts of innovation activities. We find systematically positive relationship between the two, whereby the strongest correlation is found in case of product innovation and the weakest in case of organizational innovations. While aggregate data show that innovation success is increasing in firm size, we find that exporting has the strongest effect on innovation in the medium-sized firms. We also explore cross-country differences in the impact of export status on innovation. Countries with a higher share of exports in GDP and greater share of spending on research and development generally display a stronger correlation between exporting status and innovation.     

Strategic Flexibility in New High‐Technology Ventures

Strategic flexibility is a vital capability for new ventures to update their strategies in a timely manner. However, the role of external knowledge sources in new ventures’ endeavours to develop strategic flexibility are unclear. Drawing on the knowledge‐based and relational views, we explore the effect of two sources of external knowledge: new product development (NPD) alliances, representing tightly coupled sources, and loosely coupled sources such as industry associations. Our field study of 148 high‐tech ventures found that the extent to which firms utilize knowledge from NPD alliances has a curvilinear relationship with strategic flexibility, whereas the extent to which firms utilize loosely coupled sources has a positive linear relationship with strategic flexibility. We also found that in new ventures, decentralization of decision‐making and institutional support enhance knowledge integration, positively moderating these relationships.
