交互记忆系统与团队任务、成员异质性、团队绩效关系的实证研究

交互记忆系统可用于解释团队任务完成过程中的知识处理机制。本文以浙江省杭州地区的41个工作团队为样本,研究了交互记忆系统与团队任务、成员异质性、团队绩效之间的关系,在一定程度上弥补了以往实验室研究的不足。除了证实Lewis量表中有两个题目不理想外,还证实了：交互记忆系统与任务的常规程度、成员的专长异质性、团队绩效有显著相关性,而与成员的_般异质性（人口统计学特征）无显著相关性。本文采用r。指标检验组内一致性,为以后在组织研究中处理多层面问题提供了一种可行的解决办法。

Leader-member exchange,employee performance,and work outcomes: an empirical study in the Chinese context

In this study, we employed the multidimensional view of LMX (LMX-MDM) to develop a model that captured different antecedents and outcomes of task and contextual performance. We tested this model with a sample drawn from subjects from the People's Republic of China. The results indicated that the affect dimension of LMX-MDM was positively associated with task performance and contextual performance. The contribution dimension of LMX-MDM was positively related to the job dedication dimension of contextual performance. Supervisory ratings of the task performance and the interpersonal facilitation dimension of contextual performance predicted the promotability of subordinates, and task performance influenced subordinates' intention to quit. Limitations and future research are discussed.     

Structuring incentives to elicit work effort during the process of industrialization: evidence from Vietnamese businesses

Industrial advancements in developing economies have brought with them the primacy of discretionary tasks over simple tasks in production. Differing characteristics of these separate types of tasks may require distinct incentive mechanisms to elicit work effort from employees. Using the data collected from 954 blue-collar production workers, this study examines changes in incentive mechanisms with industrial advances by testing the relative validity of major motivation models between low- and high-skill industries in Vietnam. Our results indicate that the gift exchange model gains ascendancy over the mainstream economic model as developing economies upgrade their industrial structures.
