在罗默、格罗斯曼和赫尔普曼知识国际流动增长模型的基础上，比较分析了在知识国际流动的情况下，没有知识型服务贸易和有知识型服务贸易的经济增长差异，指出了知识型服务贸易对消除知识和技术在国际间的重复研发，提高长期创新率和经济增长率的重要作用，并就加快我国知识型服务贸易的发展提出了政策建议。     

倾销指控与出口企业营销战略

中国出口产品频繁遭遇倾销指控长期以来受到理论界的关注，大量的研究成果从不同侧面对如何应对国外倾销指控进行了探讨。频繁遭遇倾销指控与中国出口企业的营销战略存在重要联系。出口企业在产品定位、营销定价、市场选择和渠道建设等方面存在的一些问题，导致中国出口产品过于依赖低价竞争，易于引发倾销指控。为避免反倾销对出口贸易的不利影响，出口企业应主动调整营销战略。     

英国脱欧后美欧贸易投资关系及其变化

由于英国正式脱欧,美国与欧洲的贸易和投资关系快速变化。从贸易角度看,商品贸易中欧盟地位有所下降,成为美国第三大商品出口市场和第二大进口来源市场,美欧之间的贸易商品构成也发生了变化;服务贸易中由于英国所占份额最大,英国脱欧也将影响美欧之间的服务贸易额。从投资角度看,美欧仍是彼此最大的外国直接投资的来源地和目的地。     

The Pollution Terms of Trade

This paper introduces the concept of a ‘pollution terms of trade’ index. It measures the environmental gains or losses that a country sustains from engaging in international trade. The index distinguishes between the trade composition effect and the environmental technology effect. Calculations of the trade composition effect reveal a gap between developed and developing nations.     

Industrial Concentration,Output, and Trade: An Empirical Exploration

This paper explores the relationship between concentration, output and trade usingtheory and empirical analysis of matched data on 82 manufacturing industries in seven countries. It finds that the higher is domestic concentration in an industry compared to international concentration, the lower is the domestic share of world output and thesmaller are net exports. This relationship persists even when industries with high levelsof concentration are excluded.     

在全球化产业链条中加速升级换代——我国加工贸易的产业升级状况分析

本文认为，由跨国公司直接投资带动的加工贸易的发展，是发展中国家融入产业内分工，沿着全球化产业链条不断地由劳动密集型环节向技术密型环节提升，进而实现产业升级换代的有效而便捷的途径。本文对我国加工贸易的产业分布和产品性质进行了动态考察和调研分析。指出中国的加工贸易目前已进入由劳动密集型向技术密集型产业升级换代的阶段，其在国际分工中的地位已得到显著提升，通过对影响加工贸易升级换代诸因素的分析，本文对我国加工贸易发展提出了相应的政策建议。     

On the Distribution of CBOE Option Trade Prices Occurring Between Consecutive Stock Trades

This paper examines the volume distribution of option trade prices that occurs when the underlying stock price remains constant. The width of these option trade price bands provides direct evidence on the law of one price and the redundancy of options assumed in many option models. We find that index option bands are narrower than equity option bands. Furthermore, for both equity and index options, puts have narrower bandwidths than calls. In general, option price bandwidth is narrow and can be explained by the minimum price movement allowed by the Chicago Board Options Exchanges (CBOE). This supports the single price law and the redundancy assumption. The existence of bid/ask quotes on the option does not materially affect the above results although it does alter the frequency of multiple option trade prices for a given underlying stock price. We note that over 53% of option trading volume occurs without bid/ask quotes on the CBOE compared to less than 15% a decade ago. Our results suggest that the effective bid/ask spread on options is probably no larger than the minimum price movements allowed by the CBOE. Furthermore, the need for the liquidity services of market makers may be declining if the decline in quoting activity stems from cross trading (i.e. trades not involving market makers).

本文通过回顾和分析国际经济学中国际贸易理论和国际直接投资理论优势思想的发展和]进,说明了理论研究可以通过对各种市场结构的细分,把优势分析引入到企业内部,并通过对分工、市场结构与交易费用之间的矛盾关系的深入研究,探讨内生优势与外生优势之间的对立统一关系,而企业竞争优势的培育则是一个建立在企业自身独特能力基础上的、综合利用企业内外部各种比较优势的动态累积发展过程。     

The Determinants of Corporate Trade Credit Policies in a Bank‐dominated Financial Environment: the Case of Finnish Small Firms

This paper examines trade credit policies of small firms operating in a bank‐dominated environment (Finland). We find that creditworthiness and access to capital markets are important determinants of trade credit extended by sellers. The level of purchases is positively correlated with the level of accounts payable. Larger and older firms and firms with strong internal financing are less likely to use trade credit, whereas firms with a high ratio of current assets to total assets, and firms subject to loan restructurings use it more. Negative loan decisions by financial intermediaries increase and a close bank‐borrower relationship decreases the probability that a firm does not take advantage of trade credit discounts.
