论跟单信用证审单标准

跟单信用证是国际有形商品贸易中重要的结算方式，“单证相符，单单相符”是该方式的办理依据。理论和实践中，长期以来一直存在“严格相符”和“实质相符”之争，并由此引发诸多拒付纠纷。本文系统分析了这两种标准，主张在实践中采用混合审单标准。     

中美企业500强比较及其启示

本文对2004中美企业500强的数据分析发现,虽然中国大企业在近年取得了很大的进步,且增长势头迅猛,但是在资产、收入和利润的总体规模、企业运作效率等方面仍然远低于美国的大企业.这些差距的客观存在是美国政府长期致力于保障市场公平竞争、推动企业科技创新、完善企业金融服务、保障企业制度建设的必然结果.因此,我们认为,中国政府应该积极理顺政企关系,以市场机制为主导,更多地通过政策引导和法规保障等手段促进中国大企业的发展.     

The Split of the S&P 500 Futures Contract: Effects on Liquidity and Market Dynamics

The Chicago Mercantile Exchange reduced the size of its S&P 500 futures contract when it reduced the multiplier from 500 to 250 and increased the minimum tick from 0.05 to 0.10 on November 3, 1997. This is a rare major change in a very successful contract's specifications. We analyze effects of this change on liquidity and market dynamics in both a univariate and a multivariate context. The main contribution of this study is the use of multiple intervention analysis with various dynamic response functions to examine the effects of the split while taking into account several other major market events surrounding it. A multivariate analysis is also used to test the impact of the split using a structural model of liquidity and market dynamics. Empirical findings offer limited support for the hypotheses that smaller contract size resulted in smoother trading, and that more public customers trade the S&P 500 futures contract following its split. We observe a reduction in the average transaction size as well as a temporary narrowing of the bid-ask spreads, but no significant change in volatility that can be attributed to the split. We do not find any significant and lasting impact on other liquidity and market variables.     

输电线路舞动情况数据统计分析

从数据统计角度研究输电导线舞动,根据统计输电线路舞动资料,由气象、地形、线路结构参数对输电线路舞动进行分析表明:气温在-2℃～-3℃、覆冰厚度在4～6 mm、风速在7～9 m/s、冻雨、小雪或雪粒天气情况下,导线分裂数越多、导线截面越大,越易发生大范围舞动.     

UCP600对进出口商的影响

通过与UCP500的对比,分析了UCP600的新变化和基本格调,尤其解析了进口商在新规则要求下就信用证的适用性、独立性、单据和偿付规则等指示中应采取的谨慎做法,指出了出口商在制单、交单、收款和融资等方面可充分利用的宽松条款及环境。     

南方部分500 kV主网架2008年冰雪灾害中受损分析与思考

2008年初，中国南方大部分地区出现强烈的低温雨雪凝冻天气，给电网的安全稳定运行和电力供应带来极大的影响和威胁。文中介绍了中国南方黔、桂、滇、粤等4省（自治区）电网受灾主要情况及特点，描述了其500 kV主网架在此次冰雪灾害中受灾的主要过程，总结了电网主网架受灾的典型特征，然后从远距离大容量输电比例、电源规划与电网规划、500 kV主网架输电走廊选取等方面分析了此次冰雪灾害中暴露出来的问题，并提出了500 kV主网架在电源建设和电网结构等方面提高应对灾害能力的解决方案与建议。     

Process Control System of a 500-MW Unit of the Reftinskaya Local Hydroelectric Power Plant

The results of the installation of a process control system developed by the Interavtomatika Company (Moscow) for controlling a 500-MW pulverized coal power unit with the use of the Teleperm ME and OM650 equipment of the Siemens Company are described. The system provides a principally new level of automation and process control through monitors comparable with the operation of foreign counterparts with complete preservation of the domestic peripheral equipment. During the 4.5 years of operation of the process control system the intricate algorithms for control and data processing have proved their operational integrity.     

基于RFID的预付费电能表的研制

运用保密性好且物美价廉的RFID技术实现预付费电能表。本文着重介绍RFID本身及其与电能表的接口。作为核心部分的电能表，采用全数字电路来实现，有效地提高了测量精度；同时采用可视化的液晶屏和交互式的键盘等，改善了人机界面。RFID和电能表的集合，改变了现在的电表付款方式，可以提高电力部门的工作效率，安全、可靠，是当前电子式电能表的一种发展方向。     

Impact of macroeconomic announcements on implied volatility slope of SPX options and VIX

This paper examines the impact of macroeconomic announcements on the high-frequency behavior of the observed implied volatility skew of S&P 500 index options and VIX. We document that macroeconomic announcements affect VIX significantly and slope at a lesser extent. We also find evidence that good and bad announcements significantly and asymmetrically change implied volatility slope and VIX.
