改进后的PERT方法在进度风险分析中的应用

风险分析是进度控制中的重要内容。针对经典PERT网络的假设和计算过程,分析出它存在的三方面缺陷。并提出解决问题的三种具体措施,从概率论与数理统计的角度,对关键线路和关键工作进行了重新定义和确定的方法。     

Does investor protection affect the choice of earnings management methods through real activity manipulation and accrual manipulation？ Asian comparison

This paper examines systematic differences in earnings management through real activity manipulation and accrual manipulation across 7 Asia countries. The study proposes arguments that in economies with high investor protection, managers prefer to manage earnings through real activity manipulation rather than through accrual manipulation because accrual manipulation is more likely to draw auditors or regulators scrutiny than real decisions about pricing and production. The study findings are consistent with prediction. Despite being in economies with high investor protection, managers still have bigger discretion in managing earnings through real activities rather than accrual manipulation.     

新疆狭叶薰衣草总黄酮的抗氧化活性研究

本实验通过四个实验:还原力测定实验、清除超氧阴离子实验、清除羟基自由基实验,清除DPPH实验,对新疆狭叶薰衣草总黄酮的抗氧化活性进行了综合评价。实验结果表明,薰衣草总黄酮具有较强的抗氧化活性,作为多功能的抗氧化剂,应用前景非常广泛。     

软件企业ABM应用实例

ABM是以作业为成本管理核心的,对作业进行分析是ABM的基本方法。本文运用一个实例通过对顾客盈利能力分析并寻找软件企业增价值业务的过程,在软件企业初步实践了ABM。     

ALTERNATIVE WEIGHTING APPROACHES TO COMPUTING INDEXES OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY

This paper compares the weighting schemes in the traditional, principal component and dynamic factor approaches to summarizing information from a number of component variables. To facilitate the comparison, we propose a framework to discuss the approaches with respect to their implied loadings in a latent variable model. We also propose a way to transform the dynamic factor index into an analogous index which is a weighted average of the components. The framework shows the strengths and weakness of the alternative weighting schemes and the sense in which the dynamic factor approach has the advantage of capturing both the significance and the variability of the components.
