钢筋混凝土叠合梁的斜截面承载力灰关联分析

为了经济合理地设计叠合梁,应用灰色系统理论,对均布荷载下钢筋混凝土叠合梁的斜截面积承载力及其关联因素进行关联度分析。结果表明,对叠合梁斜截面承载力影响最大的是预制梁混凝土强度等级,其次是叠合层混凝土强度等级、叠合特征参数αｈ,影响最小的是叠合特征参数αｍ。     

聚丙烯纤维对混凝土抗氯离子渗透性的研究

试验表明,聚丙烯纤维能够增加低强度混凝土和低流动性混凝土的抗氯离子性能,但同时会降低高强度混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性能和大流动性混凝土的抗氯离子性能,文章分析了其作用机理。     

“I Am My Body”. Physical Selves of Police Officers in a Changing Institution

Most studies on identity work have overlooked the corporeal quality of occupational life. Despite calls to attempt such engagement, little is known about the role of the body in occupations for which corporeal elements are central in the affirmation of identity. This study aims to answer such calls by providing a detailed ethnography of police work. Focusing on four bodily practices, we demonstrate how fitness, intimidation, cleanliness, and toughness are central elements to the officers’ construction of self. We thereby highlight the notion of physical selfhood as a way to understand the body/identity nexus among police officers and their capacity to resist new work requirements. We view bodies through a lens of resistance, rather than docility and compliance as much previous research has done. We aim to contribute to scholarship on identity work by portraying the politicization of bodies as a powerful component, thereby helping professionals to deflect some important institutional pressures affecting their work.     

道德型品牌危机事件的溢出效应及应对策略研究

本文聚焦于道德型品牌危机事件对品牌的负面影响以及对品牌群内其他品牌的溢出效应。文章基于挫折-攻击理论和情绪应对理论,通过问卷调查法构建道德型品牌危机事件对消费者反应(抵制态度、负面口碑传播、购买意愿)的影响机制模型,并通过实验方法分析受到波及的企业如何应对负向溢出效应。研究结果表明,消费者对此类危机事件的关注和其民族中心主义会引起消费者进攻型负面情绪和规避型负面情绪的双重变化,但是只有进攻型情绪能够导致消费者对事件品牌和其他关联品牌的系列反应;受到波及的品牌短期内宜采用沉默而非辩解策略来化解负向溢出效应。本文结论为有关道德型品牌危机事件的研究提供了新的视角,并为外国和本土品牌在此类危机事件中如何应对提供了有针对性的管理建议。     

考虑次固结的吹填土单桩负摩阻力计算研究

本研究主要目的在于提供一种考虑场地吹填土次固结时变效应的吹填土单桩桩侧桩侧负摩阻力计算方法,该方法通过对场地吹填土进行一维场地吹填土次固结试验,获得孔隙比-时间对数(e-lgt)曲线,利用曲线拟合获得场地吹填土次固结系数及相应计算参数,计算任意时刻的场地吹填土次固结时变沉降量,获得桩侧桩侧负摩阻力中性点位置,并进一步计算得到总的桩侧桩侧负摩阻力。该研究成果可为快速成陆的吹填场地基桩工程设计和施工提供参考。     

Innovation and antibiotic use within antibiotic classes: Market incentives and economic instruments

We analyze a monopolist's incentive to innovate a new antibiotic which is connected to the same pool of antibiotic treatment efficacy as is another drug produced by a generic industry. We outline the differences of antibiotic use under market conditions and in the social optimum. A time- and state-dependent tax-subsidy mechanism is proposed to induce the monopolist and generic industry to exploit antibiotic efficacy optimally.     

On the causes of increasing world poverty and inequality,or why the Matthew effect prevails

The purpose of this article is to analyse one of the very first European-level instances of trade union and social movement interaction in defence of the public sector, namely, the Coalition for Green and Social Procurement, an alliance of European trade unions and green and social non-governmental organisations (NGOs), and its campaign for an amendment of the new public procurement directives from 2000 to 2003. It will be examined to what extent this campaign was able to change the directives and counter neoliberal restructuring effectively as well as what the possibilities but also limits of trade union and social movement cooperation are as exemplified in this particular case study.     

运动对抵抗素水平的影响及与胰岛素抵抗改善的相关性

在简要概述抵抗素生物学的基础上,对近年国内外有关运动与抵抗素的研究文献进行了回顾。注意到无论运动对抵抗素水平是否有影响,但可提高胰岛素敏感性,至于运动改善IR是否通过降低抵抗水平这一机制实现尚难以确定,且研究较少。     

几株益生乳杆菌耐药性的研究

采用药敏纸片法研究了戊糖乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆茵、干酪乳杆茵等7株益生乳杆茵对11种抗生素的敏感性,结果发现,7株乳杆茵均耐受多种抗生素。对戊糖乳杆茵LP-B耐四环素基因(tetM,tetS和tetW)的初步研究表明,该四环素耐受基因不位于基因组DNA上,是否存在于质粒上及其该基因的转移性等尚有待于进一步研究。     

基于沙堆模型的供应链竞争力提升分析

通过将沙堆模型应用于供应链,为供应链竞争力问题提出新的分析思路。供应链能够通过依次提高质量、可靠性、灵活性、敏捷性和成本获取竞争优势,从而为供应链如何追求这些优势,建立竞争力提供了一个理论框架。
