循环经济是一种实践可持续发展理念、新的经济发展模式,是缓解资源、环境与经济发展之间矛盾的根本途径。我国循环经济发展尚处于初级阶段,面临着观念、制度、机制、技术等诸多方面因素的制约。文章针对循环经济发展的现状和存在的问题及其制约因素,提出了我国循环经济的对策、建议。     

Role of culture in water resources management via sustainable social automated negotiation

Increased competitions for water resources in many regions worldwide call for cooperative approaches. The competitions are complex for humans to resolve due to numerous alternatives and different or conflicting preferences of multiple stakeholders over multiple criteria, which might even oppose desirable environmental objectives. Parties also have incomplete information about the preferences of the counterparties. Electronic negotiation, empowered by intelligent agent technology, is a combination of artificial intelligence, economics, and psychology to find beneficial joint agreements in complex paradigms such as this. This study investigates a multilateral sustainable automated negotiation among intelligent agents representing stakeholders, including the legal party ‘nature’ as one of the stakeholders. It defines decision criteria and alternatives in the framework of cultural factors, elicits preferences of the stakeholders regarding the criteria without their intervention using a multi-criteria decision-making method, prunes the solution space before starting the negotiation by recognizing a general social treaty, determines the multi-issue specific treaty by learning the stakeholders, and demonstrates bidding and acceptance strategies.     

安徽省农业产值增长制约因素的相关分析

安徽是一个农业大省,从安徽省农业产值13年的数据资料中可以看出,尽管产值有了一定的提高,但是幅度不大。究竟是什么因素制约了农业产值的进一步提高？本文应用Eviews软件对安徽省农业产值时间序列资料进行分析,找出了农业产值增长的关键影响因素,并提出了相关政策建议。     

Introducing Environmental Variables in Nonparametric Frontier Models: a Probabilistic Approach

This paper proposes a general formulation of a nonparametric frontier model introducing external environmental factors that might influence the production process but are neither inputs nor outputs under the control of the producer. A representation is proposed in terms of a probabilistic model which defines the data generating process. Our approach extends the basic ideas from Cazals et al. (2002) to the full multivariate case. We introduce the concepts of conditional efficiency measure and of conditional efficiency measure of order-m. Afterwards we suggest a practical way for computing the nonparametric estimators. Finally, a simple methodology to investigate the influence of these external factors on the production process is proposed. Numerical illustrations through some simulated examples and through a real data set on Mutual Funds show the usefulness of the approach.JEL Classification: C13, C14, D20     

UNDERSTANDING THE INTERACTION BETWEEN INTERNATIONAL AND EURO AREA OUTPUT VOLATILITY

This paper addresses two main questions. First, it seeks to establish whether the stylized facts of the ‘great moderation’ that have been documented for the UK and US economies can be found for the Euro area. Second, it explores possible explanations for any changes that have occurred in the volatility of Euro area output fluctuations. In examining why business cycles have moderated, much of the existing literature has tended to concentrate on a few key factors. These include shifts in the structure of the economy, improved monetary policy and a ‘good luck’ factor. This paper, however, follows a relatively new branch of the great moderation literature by focusing on whether international business cycle linkages have changed in a way that may have perpetuated the dampening in Euro area output fluctuations. The results show Euro area output fluctuations to have significantly reduced in variability over the last quarter of a century. The results go on to highlight that, although Euro area cycles differ little from rest of the world cycles, the moderation in Euro area output fluctuations is only marginally due to changes in international business cycle linkages and smaller international and domestic shock variances.     

北京市房地产价格影响因素分析及限购政策绩效评估

随着经济的高速发展,城市的房价也呈现出急剧攀升的态势,脱离了正常的价格波动轨道,大大增加了城市居民的生活成本。以首都北京为例,房价的上升幅度远远超过预期。在经济理论的基础上,运用近几年北京房地产行业的统计数据建立回归模型,可以对影响北京房价的因素进行分析,并且可以对北京市政府2011年2月出台的＂京八条＂限购政策进行绩效评估。     

转型期我国中小企业社会责任的驱动因素研究

经济和社会的可持续发展,离不开企业履行自身的社会责任,但大、中小型企业的驱动因素、动力机制与实现方式并非完全一致。文章在区分不同类型企业履行社会责任差异的基础上,分析我国中小企业履行社会责任的强驱动因素与弱驱动因素,目的是为提升我国中小企业社会责任水平提供决策参考与信息支持。
