从历年第一季度经济运行看广西2009年经济走势

为研究2009年广西宏观经济走势及发展对策,采用回归分析法和图解法运用影响广西宏观经济的五个主要指标对1997年以来第一季度对全年的贡献度进行了研究。结果表明:各指标一季度产出和全年产出具有同向性,线性拟合良好。在对2009年第一季度对全年影响进行预测后,文章认为,面对国际金融危机,当前经济企稳回升的广西需要:以6000亿为目标加快推进项目建设、以工业结构优化升级为导向的改投资、以供应链融资为核心的中小企业发展模式和以错位发展为前提的区域合作模式。

文章通过工程实例,介绍了利用微型钢管桩与喷锚共同支护在土质条件较复杂情况下的运用。该施工工艺既保证了基坑的安全,又缩短了工期,取得了较好的经济效益。     

An oligopoly model of ocean liner shipping

In this paper I develop a simultaneous equations oligopoly model of the regulated international ocean liner shipping industry. The firms act as a cartel to determine price jointly and then set their own quality levels to maximize individual profits. The cartel does not attain monopoly profits, because each conference member myopically determines quality without regard for overall cartel profits. The results indicate that an increase in the number of firms in the cartel will increase both cartel price and quality level. 抽水蓄能电站首机首次水泵启动工况试验研究

迄今为止,国外一些大型抽水蓄能电站首机首次启动试验大多采用的是水轮机工况启动模式。这种工况模式往往会导致工程建设工期长及建设成本高,对工程建设方而言是一个很大的负担。为此,结合宝泉抽水蓄能电站的实际情况,对于将水泵工况作为该电站的首机首次启动模式展开了分析研究和启动试验。结果表明,对于电站上库没有天然来水或者是径流不足的大型抽水蓄能电站,将该启动方式作为一种正常的首机首次启动模式,非常有利于节约充水成本,缩短建设工期,使工程提前投产发电并发挥经济效益。因此,无论是从技术上还是从经济上来分析,水泵启动模式都应该是一种优选模式。

Feminism’s fourth wave: a research agenda for marketing and consumer research

Abstract

Three waves of feminism each reveal a very different relationship with marketing. This commentary considers these relationships in the light of what is now frequently being hailed as the fourth wave, a resurgence of feminism that is driven by younger women who harness the power of the Internet and social media to challenge gender inequity. The commentary looks at what distinguishes the fourth wave from its predecessors and highlights key areas in marketing and consumer research where feminist perspectives are sorely required.

国家人力资源和社会保障部制定和组织实施的"事业单位养老保险制度改革方案",引起知识界的全国政协委员和人大代表的强烈关注和批评。从争论双方的立场来看,似乎都没有意识到,知识分子已经从马克思所说的"总体工人的一个器官"和邓小平所说的"知识分子是工人阶级的一部分",转化为邓小平的"第一生产力"的体现者。
