一种新的模糊聚类神经网络及其在水资源评价中的应用

本文在工程模糊集理论的基础上，融合香努(Kohonen)聚类网络与自适应谐振理论(Adaptive Resonance Theory, ART)的优点给出了一种新的模糊聚类神经网络，并将其应用于区域水资源评价中。网络模型融入模糊识别理论，增强了处理复杂水资源问题的能力，同时模糊竞争的学习算法改善了Kohonen网络学习效果。结合ART理论使得网络模糊类别数可以增加，因此具有较强的可塑性。最后，通过水资源丰富度评价与水资源承载能力评价实例验证了本文提出的模型与方法的可行性与有效性。

国外进入方式决策是企业国际化战略的关键,企业的进入方式关系到能否取得海外经营的成功,决定着企业国际化战略的命运.文章基于层级,将一个复杂的决策分解,构建进入方式的层级结构模型,而且,在此基础上提出一些可运用的方式组合,如无关的方式组合、分割的方式组合和补充的方式组合.     

企业战略形成过程的类型及受组织因素影响的实证研究

Using data collected from 126 firms, this article attempts to classify different patterns of strategy formation process and identify organizational factors influencing the processes. Based on a clustering analysis method, we identify four patterns of strategy formation processes varying in main characteristics, such as command, adaptive, vision, and external constraints, etc. We also find that a firm’s ownership type and its development stage have significant effects on strategy formation processes.      

基于灰色聚类的黄河防汛物资分类储备模型研究

对黄河防汛抢险物资进行分类是科学储备黄河防汛抢险物资的前提和基础。通过综合考虑物资的重要性、储备性、成本性和社会性,结合黄河防汛抢险的特殊性,建立了黄河防汛物资分类指标体系,采用灰色聚类的方法对防汛物资进行分类,针对各类防汛物资的特点和实际需求,提出相应的管理策略,提高防汛物资保障能力,为黄河防汛物资的科学储备提供依据。     

Do Airbnb’s “Superhosts” deserve the badge? An empirical study from China

The “Superhost” badge is that Airbnb entitles the host provides good services. This study verifies Airbnb’s “Superhost” mechanism by applying text mining technologies, combined with Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) and K-Means, to the entire dataset of tourists’ online reviews of Hangzhou city, China. Six kinds of hosts’ good services are identified, including “Three Meals or Night Snacks,” “Fruits, Drinks or Snacks,” “Travel Guides,” “Free Shuttle or Helping with Luggage,” “Chats,” and “Replies or Communications.” The study reveals the minority of “Superhosts” are mentioned of providing the majority of six kinds of good services, which means “Superhosts” do deserve the badge.

一种商业银行客户分割的多维方法——基于客户期望收益和态度的分割模型

客户分割与资源分配是企业一直在努力解决的问题,但目前,空前巨大的客户数据量使得准确进行市场细分和寻找目标市场变得复杂和难以有效实施。通过数据挖掘技术从大型数据库中抽取隐藏的预测信息,利用层次聚类分析建立了一个根据客户的多个态度维度进行客户分割的多维方法。结果表明,以这一方式产生的聚类在同质性较好并且通过参考人口学特征的差别能够获得客户细分市场的轮廓。此外,识别了四个有特色的、表明对信息服务和技术有特殊偏好的客户群。

Understanding communal and individual customer experiences in group-oriented event tourism: an activity theory perspective

ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study, grounded in activity theory, is to empirically investigate the communal and individual mechanisms that simultaneously shape the customer experience in group-oriented event tourism. Based on a survey of 389 respondents with group travel experience to major events, the results confirm the research model, suggesting that the customer-experience construct constitutes a multidimensional structure comprising second-order components reflecting individual and communal experiences, with each containing first-order constructs. The results further confirm that the customer-experience construct predicts post-consumption evaluations of perceived value and satisfaction. Limitations of the study are outlined, and implications for research and managerial practice for the creation of customer experiences that are valuable and satisfying for group-travel consumers to events are discussed.
