从产生原理的角度、用修正的wilson模型刻画物流空间相互作用.根据该模型获得"作用强度"和"相互作用负荷"两个参数.作用强度的大小能够反映物流服务供给的合理与否;相互作用负荷增大的空间相互作用方向是进行物流设施建设的主要方位,由相互作用负荷的变化确定的物流设施的规划建设在空间方位上表现出交替性.     

项目组合选择研究：基于模糊理论的模型建构及验证

项目组合的选定与企业经营息息相关,然而传统的选择方法存在许多限制。本文应用模糊理论建构一个项目组合的决策模型,模型中纳入了成本、利润及风险等3个决策因子,探讨在资源有限的情况下项目成本及获利的交互影响关系,并利用模糊归属函数建构一个数学规划模型。为了验证模型的有效性,用此模型与传统模型进行求解比较,证实了所提出模型的实用性。     

液晶玻璃基板生产线中自动化控制技术的交互设计

交互设计应用到液晶玻璃生产线中,利用自动化控制技术解决设备问题的同时,改善用户体验,增强系统的可用性。通过在现场实际考察和操作以及对操作人员的了解,对系统中人机界面中画面颜色和布局,操作方便性和安全性,信息简洁明了等许多方面进行了优化,已成功应用到本公司现有生产线中,起到了良好的效果。     

Searching for synchrony

Authorities working on economic-crime investigation in Finland are trying to change their form of collaboration from the sequential passing of documents towards parallel, interorganizational collaboration: the on-line investigation of an ongoing crime. The synchronization of events and the outputs of various participants proved to be difficult in this emerging process. This new model of crime investigation also requires a new kind of time management. This article explores how the change is being constructed in everyday practice by examining three economic-crime-investigation cases. It is claimed that individual efforts to manage time allocation suffice only in terms of co-ordination of events. It is suggested that a successful shift to parallel, interorganizational collaboration requires more than the common marking of calendars. The object of the work and the forms of interaction should be taken as subjects of reflective negotiation. New kinds of collective time-management tools are needed in this effort.     

Interaction effects of dual organizational commitment on retention in international assignments: the case of Western expatriates in Vietnam

The purpose of this study is to examine the interaction effects of two commitment foci (parent company and local operation commitment) on a focal work behavior (retention in an international assignment). Accordingly, this study formulated and tested four hypotheses by using hierarchical regression, moderated regression analyses and plots of two-way interactions. The data were gathered from 471 Western expatriates working for the subsidiaries of multinational companies in Vietnam. The results confirmed that all components (affective, normative and continuance) of parent company commitment and local operation commitment positively predicted retention in international assignments; however, the retention was more driven by the parent company commitment. Besides, the relationships between two components (affective and continuance) of local operation commitment and retention were moderated by the corresponding components of parent company commitment. The findings improve the understanding of dual commitment's links to work behaviors in international business contexts. Moreover, as to the practical implication, multinational companies were recommended to be aware of the level of expatriate commitments to two foci in order to reduce the rate of premature return.

Role thinking: Standing in other people’s shoes to forecast decisions in conflicts

When forecasting decisions in conflict situations, experts are often advised to figuratively stand in the other person’s shoes. We refer to this as “role thinking”, because, in practice, the advice is to think about how other protagonists will view the situation in order to predict their decisions. We tested the effect of role thinking on forecast accuracy. We obtained 101 role-thinking forecasts of the decisions that would be made in nine diverse conflicts from 27 Naval postgraduate students (experts) and 107 role-thinking forecasts from 103 second-year organizational behavior students (novices). The accuracy of the novices’ forecasts was 33% and that of the experts’ was 31%; both were little different from chance (guessing), which was 28%. The small improvement in accuracy from role-thinking strengthens the finding from earlier research that it is not sufficient to think hard about a situation in order to predict the decisions which groups of people will make when they are in conflict. Instead, it is useful to ask groups of role players to simulate the situation. When groups of novice participants adopted the roles of protagonists in the aforementioned nine conflicts and interacted with each other, their group decisions predicted the actual decisions with an accuracy of 60%.
