区域3D打印产业发展政策研究——以天津滨海新区为例

3D打印是制造业领域迅速发展起来的一项快速成型技术,目前正吸引社会公众的广泛关注。从梳理3D打印的技术概况和产业特点入手,在分析了国内外3D打印产业发展现状的基础上,以产业调查资料为依据对3D打印产业发展前景作出预见性分析,并从天津滨海新区的实际情况出发对3D打印产业发展提出具体建议。     

Worldviews,Levels of Consciousness,and the Evolution of Planning Paradigms in Protected Areas

Abstract

Protected areas (PAs) worldwide are facing increasing visitation and complexity. Mounting pressures from the private sector are intensifying the risks associated with overtourism. The increasing strategic importance of PAs for the communities and regions in which they are situated requires improved management effectiveness; yet, recent studies indicate significant and growing systemic risk. Worldview analysis can be a valuable tool for building consciousness and informing the evolution of PA planning and management. Directed content analysis was used to examine two Visitor Use Plans developed for the Coyhaique National Reserve, located in the iconic Patagonia cultural area of southern Chile. The plans were developed using distinct planning frameworks, with different underlying assumptions. Research questions focused on how modernist, postmodernist and integral worldviews were expressed within the two plans. Worldviews were explored in both manifest and latent manners, considering plan text, models and overall context revealing patterns and links between the plans and planning frameworks that guided their development. Rich context and a thorough discussion of methods assists with the incorporation of worldview evaluation within PA management theory, informing the continuing development of knowledge and capacities that can better prepare PAs for future challenges.     

Determinants of corporate debt securities in the Euro area

Abstract

This study examines the macroeconomic determinants of corporate debt securities in the euro area. The financing costs, as approximated by the cost of debt securities vis-à-vis other sources of corporate finance, and financing needs, as captured by mergers and acquisitions and gross domestic product, are found to be significant determinants in the short and long run. The empirical results are also supportive of substitution between debt security and internal financing unrelated to cost of differentials in the short run and of differences in the determination of long- and short-term debt securities. These findings are robust across different samples and specifications.     

城乡二元结构、三农问题与城镇化关系研究

1954年,美国著名经济学家刘易斯（W.A.Lewis,1915-1991）首次提出了二元经济结构理论。后经费景汉、拉尼斯和乔根森等人加以修改和发展,被认为是研究发展中国家经济的普遍理论。中国是个传统的农业大国,二元经济结构既包括工业与农业的对立,也包括城市与农村的对立。本文综合分析我国城乡二元经济结构的形成、城乡二元经济结构带来的＂三农＂问题与城镇化关系。城乡二元经济是现代化经济发展的阻碍,城镇化是解决我国城乡二元经济结构的根本出路。本文最后为加快城镇化建设、解决＂三农＂问题提出有效的建议。     

The effects of monetary policy in a small open economy: the case of Portugal

In this article, I analyse the macroeconomic effects of monetary policy on the Portuguese economy. I show that a positive interest rate shock leads to: (i) a contraction of real GDP and a substantial increase of the unemployment rate; (ii) a quick fall in the commodity price and a gradual decrease of the price level and (iii) a downward correction of the stock price index. It also produces a ‘short-lived liquidity effect’ and helps explain the negative comovement between bonds and stocks. In addition, I find evidence suggesting the existence of a money demand function characterized by small output and interest rate elasticities. By its turn, the central bank’s policy rule follows closely the dynamics of the money markets. Finally, both the real GDP and the price level in Portugal would have been higher during almost the entire sample period if there were no monetary policy surprises.     

两型社会建设背景下湖南农村生态消费发展对策研究

两型社会建设是生态文明建设的重要途径,生态消费是两型社会建设的基石。作为湖南最大的消费者群体,湖南农村消费者是湖南生态消费和两型社会建设的一支重要生力军,应当有所作为。但是现阶段湖南省农村生产消费中还存在着农业资源的高投入、非可持续发展、粗放式生产、资源浪费程度高等一些生产性消费问题和重消费、轻环保,消费观念相对落后、消费结构不合理等一些生活性消费问题,农村生态消费的建设和发展需要通过政府的引导和激励,也需要通过加强农村的消费教育吸引更多的农村消费者来参与。     

我国中央与地方政府税权划分的博弈初探

中央和地方政府作为相互独立的利益主体,在税权划分过程中均存在博弈行为。文章在研究我国中央与地方政府税权格局的基础上,认为税权划分应该坚持中央集中主导性与地方适度分权相结合的原则,同时利用博弈论的基本模型,探讨了中央与地方之间税权划分的理想模式,对我国税权体制改革,具有重大的现实意义。     

基于区域合作的聊城旅游业发展对策研究

区域旅游经济合作是一个世界范围内的旅游业发展大趋势。本文主要是在区域经济合作理论的指导下,分析了聊城市旅游业的发展现状及发展优势,在其资源禀赋、市场结构、交通优势的基础上,提出了融入周边城市旅游大发展格局的思路及战略,旨在通过旅游业区域合作使得聊城市的旅游业发展更上一个台阶。     

吐鲁番盆地平原区地下水控制性指标研究
