基于延迟自相关特性的码速率测量技术

通信信号的识别与解调是通信侦察的重要研究内容，在通常情况下，通信信号的很多参数并不知道。本文介绍了一种基于通信信号码延迟自相关特性的码速率测量技术，并给出了码速率测量理论分析及基于硬件的实现技术，仿真和实验结果表明本方案具有较高的测量性能。

洪水预报调度决策系统近年来在全国各地得到广泛的应用。简单介绍了洪水预报系统的系统组成及功能,分析了系统在抗击台风过程中的作用与效益,总结了系统多年的运行和维护经验。根据多年的运行经验,系统能及时提供雨、水情数据和高效的调度会商决策,提高防御台风、突发性暴雨等自然灾害的能力。     

Impact of dams on point bar habitat: a case for the extirpation of the Sacramento Valley Tiger Beetle,C. hirticollis abrupta

Quantitative analyses of flow and stage data, remote sensing and geographic information systems analysis, and field studies were used to assess the impact of dams and diversions on the point bar habitat of the Sacramento Valley Tiger Beetle (Cicindela hirticollis abrupta). The reaches of interest include sites of known historic populations of C. h. abrupta along the Sacramento River from approximately 8 km north of Colusa southward to the confluence with the Feather River and along the Feather River between Yuba City and its confluence with the Sacramento River. The results from this study show that construction of two major dams has altered flows such that prolonged and increased flows during summer, fall, and early winter have most likely disrupted life cycles, flooded larvae, drowned overwintering adults and led to high mortality. Additionally, habitat availability has decreased over time because point bars have decreased in number and area causing increased distances between populations and isolation of populations. Moreover, point bar armouring, channel scouring, altered flows, redirected flows through weirs, and lithologic controls have produced a bimodal distribution of mean grain sizes in the Sacramento River in which the more northern bars contain gravel deposits and more southern bars possess fine sands. These conditions negatively alter moisture retention and sediment compaction and, consequently, burrowing conditions needed by this tiger beetle. Additionally, more stabilized flows (reduced variability) and increased fine‐grained deposition have enabled development and encroachment of vegetation onto the sand bars. Finally, human stresses, such as foot traffic and vehicular traffic may have interfered with burrowing, ovipositing, and foraging. The combination of these stress factors has most likely led to a reduction in source populations and, ultimately, the apparent extirpation of the entire metapopulation. Disturbance of the grounding of the shaft of a turboset or its absence for technical reasons can result in failure, misoperation, limitation of the operating zone, errors or limitation of the sensitivity of devices for control and protection of exciting circuits from single-point leakage, and electroerosion of elements of the turboset structure. H9000 V4.0计算机监控系统技术特点概要

为了满足三峡右岸电站的应用需要,在H9000 V3.0计算机监控系统的基础上研制开发了H9000 V4.0系统,改进和完善了原系统已有功能,开发了新功能,进一步提高了系统的性能指标和可靠性指标。文中主要介绍H9000 V4.0系统的设计原则,以及数据采集、人机联系、报表定制、Web信息发布、历史数据管理等主要新功能。     

针梁台车在大花水水电站引水隧洞混凝土衬砌施工中的改进

大花水水电站引水隧洞由于前期开挖工期略有滞后，为加快施工进度，结合全圆断面的施工特点，大部分引水隧洞采用了全圆针梁穿行式钢模台车进行混凝土衬砌。通过各参建单位对针梁台车的运用和改进，有效地提高了引水隧洞混凝土的衬砌速度，并确保了工程质量。     

川中丘陵区一种新型小流域径流输沙模型的建立与应用

径流输沙模型对定量评价水沙的输出响应具有重要的意义。本研究在已有研究成果的基础上，通过对四川盐亭县林山西沟小流域的径流、泥沙进行现场观测与分析，提出含沙量单位线的定义及其确定方法，建立了适应该小流域的径流输沙模型。并应用实测资料进行比较，表明模型的模拟结果可靠，模拟过程确定性系数达0．8以上，为川中丘陵区小流域径流输沙过程的预测预报提供了一个新方法。
