Operational Reliability and Prospects of Continuation of Service of the Thermomechanical Equipment of the Surgut GRES-2

The condition of the thermomechanical equipment of 800-MW power generating units of the Surgut State Regional Power Plant (GRES-2) after twenty years of operation is analyzed. Attention is concentrated at “problem” units and components of the equipment that have exhausted the scheduled service life or had been damaged considerably during operation. Abrief report of the results of a study of the metal of the power equipment is presented and measures are suggested for raising the reliability and efficiency of generating units of the Surgut GRES-2.__________Translated from Elektricheskie Stantsii, No. 3, March 2005, pp. 11 – 15.     

分布式控制系统在风电机组控制中的应用

以当前风电机组主流的兆瓦级双馈风电机组为研究对象,根据其各个部件的工作特性和分布特征,综合分析了国内、外常见风电机组主控系统的构架特点及其配置应用情况。在此基础上,提出了一种面向被控设备对象图形化可组态的控制系统解决方案,该方案糅合了火电分散控制系统（DCS）的控制特点,自主研究开发了控制器硬件平台,以满足对机组控制系统提出的新要求。

Purification of turbine condensate in the lumped desalinization units of the Mosénergo TÉTs-22 Heat and Electric Power Plant

Purification of turbine condensate by mechanical and ion exchange resin (ionite) filters in lumped desalinization units is examined. Loading mechanical filters with styrene copolymer and divinyl benzene ensures efficient removal of petroleum products and iron, but does not fulfil the task of removing polar organic compounds. The ionite part of a lumped desalinization unit ensures removal of easily electrolyzed compounds and silicic acid but is ineffective with regard to capture of organic contamination and iron, which indicates significant contamination of the load in the combination filter by organic compounds. “Cold” (standard) and “hot” regeneration of the anionite load are undertaken. 对我国预算会计体系的“破”与“立”的思考

在改革斯形势下，仍然带有计划经济色彩的原预算会计体系已明显不适应，应予以调整改进。原预算会计体系中部分事业单位性质的变化导致这些单位会计不再适合继续保留于预算会计体系当中（一部分应当归入企业会计体系，一部分应当与新兴的民间非营利组织共同组成非营利组织会计体系）；而另一部分仍依靠财政拨款的事业单位要服从国家预算管理，保留于预算会计体系内。理顺预算会计体系将有利于我国整个会计体系的明晰和会计准则的建设与完善。     

ABRUPT DEFLECTED SUPERCRITICAL WATER FLOW IN SLOPED CHANNELS

The effect of the bottom slope on abrupt deflected supercritical water flow was experimentally and theoretically studied. Model tests were conducted in a flume of 1.2 m wide and 2.6 m long with sloped bottom at an angle 35.54°, its length of deflector was 0.2 m and the deflection angles were 15° and 30°. An approximate method for calculating the shock wave angle and depth ratio of the abrupt deflected supercritical water flow was suggested, and a correction coefficient for the hydrodynamic pressure was introduced to generalize the momentum equation in the direction perpendicular to the shock front. It must be noticed that in the sloped channel the shock wave angle and the depth ratio are no longer constant as those in the horizontal channels, but slowly change along the shock front. The calculated results are in good agreement with measured data.

大、中型水轮发电机组的定子在现场组装，磁化试验是定子铁芯硅钢片堆积完成后必须进行的一项重要试验；其目的是检查定子铁芯制造和现场安装的整体质量。试验结果与设计计算值基本相符，各测点温升正常，试验过程中无其它异常现象，为机组安装下一步工序提供了有利保证。
