OSCILLATION AMPLITUDE OF THE FREE END OF A FLEXIBLY MOUNTED RIGID CYLINDER IN TRIANGLE ARRANGEMENT

In this paper,the oscillation amplitude of the free end of a group of threecylinders are studied.The three cylinders are erected at the vertices of an equilateral trian-gle,and three arrangements are made in this study.One of the three cylinders is served asa working cylinder which is mounted by a flexible cantilever and two accelerometers areattached on the free end in two directions.The results of the three-cylinder arrangementare compared with those of two cylinders in tandem/side-by-side arrangement in the samecondition.The experimental results show that the rear cylinder of a group of three cylin-ders is affected more seriously than that of the corresponding two cylinders in the contrastarrangement.The main direction of oscillation is changed.The transversal oscillation isstronger than the longitudinal oscillation in the three-cylinder arrangement.On the con-trary,the transversal oscillation is much weaker than the longitudinal oscillation in two-cylinder arrangement.The largest transversal oscillat     

快速评定砂浆配方对钢筋腐蚀的影响

用电化学方法测定砂浆试件中钢筋的极化电阻，并测定了砂浆的孔隙率，结果发现:砂浆的孔隙率、孔径分布与钢筋极化电阻大小有良好的对应关系。电化学方法能可靠、快速测定砂浆配合比、添加剂对钢筋腐蚀速度的影响。     

山西引黄工程南干线7# 隧洞衬砌外水压力研究

本文采用综合修正系数取代规范建议的单一折减系数,用渗流场分析方法确定作用在引黄入晋南干线7#隧洞衬砌上的外水压力。由己知钻孔水位及泉水位反演出各地层的渗透张量及地表入渗强度求得初始渗流场。衬砌外水压力分析中考虑了衬砌混凝土的渗透性以及排水、灌浆等工程措施的影响。根据分析结果,提出了系统排水孔布置的建议,得出了在相应的排水减压措施下衬砌厚度由原设计35cm减至25cm,这一建议已被采用,取得了巨大经济效益。     

沙袋充填度与稳定性的试验研究

沙袋筑坝在工程中愈来愈广泛的应用，需要解决的问题也很多，笔者对不同尺寸沙袋的充填度进行了讨论，提出了极限充填度和最佳充填度的概念；通过对不同尺寸充沙沙袋在水泥抹面和沙袋布为底面的水槽中所得的试验资料的分析，得出了充沙沙袋的失稳流速。     

青海省桥头电厂河子沟灰场拦洪坝粘滞流模型试验分析

本文采用粘滞流模型试验对青海桥头电厂河子沟灰场拦洪坝设计方案进行了论证，分析了多种防渗条件下的渗流场特点，提出了满足工程运作的既经济又合理的建议。     

考虑弯道环流影响的平面二维水流泥沙数学模型

弯道环流是影响断面流速和含沙量分布的重要因素。本文提出了通过求解立面二维弯道环流运动的方法,在平面二维水流泥沙数学模型中考虑弯道环流的作用。该方法适用范围广,增加计算工作量不太大。     

丹江口工程大坝加高后的几个水力学问题

依托1∶100水工模型试验成果,重点介绍了丹江口大坝加高后的几个水力学问题如泄流能力、坝面压力特性、河床局部冲刷、下游河道流速流态、泄洪对电厂及航运的影响等.研究显示:大坝加高后泄流能力可满足设计要求,坝下河床冲刷加重,挑距加远,设计洪水22 300 m3/s时坝下冲坑最低点高程为43.0 m,各级泄量冲坑上游坡均缓于临界坡,也略缓于初期工程同级流量冲坑的上游坡;坝下600 m以内为护岸工程重点防护段,岸边流速为5.8～9.8 m/s;泄洪对丹江口电厂影响较小,对自备电站不利影响较为显著;最大通航流量6 200 m3/s时下游引航道口门区流态复杂,水流较混乱.     

Why are Small Firms Different? Managers’ Views

Do incentives differ between large and small organizations? Results from a representative survey of compensation managers are used to shed light on the issues. I find that (i) small establishments rely less on pecuniary incentives, and have a significantly more hostile attitude towards incentive schemes based on competition and relative rewards; (ii) large units are more vulnerable to mechanisms of efficiency wages, effects that remain even after controlling for differences in monitoring ability; (iii) large units are more prone to indicate that negative reciprocity is important, and that their employees care about relative pay. I argue that these findings fit with behavioral stories of incentives and motivation, in particular those stressing group interaction effects, inequity aversion and gift exchange.     

明代皖南平原的圩田与农业生产

洪武时期，旧有圩田得到迅速恢复；建文至正德期间，圩田有较明显的发展，扩大了耕地面积，富豪围垦在其中占有重要地位，同时，圩田发展与蓄水防洪的矛盾已经凸显；嘉靖以后，水灾呈现加剧的趋势，除固有的自然因素的原因外，过度围垦、民人渔利、修防低效等社会因素起着重要作用，同时，对圩田的治理有新的进展。圩田在皖南平原农业生产上具有重要作用。
