会计准则制定基础导向浅谈

会计准则制定基础导向有规则性和原则性之分。两种不同导向的制定模式,产生的会计规则也有所不同。本文先比较分析两种制定基础导向,并加以比较;在此基础上探讨二者的联系与区别,最后对我国会计准则制定的导向问题提出笔者的看法。
