THE CITATION IMPACT OF FEMINIST ECONOMICS

Abstract

Feminist economics is a transformative project. However, transformation generates resistance. Feminist economics can be deliberately excluded, co-opted through an uncritical application of rational choice theory, or ignored. And feminist economics can be listened to: when the United Nations consults feminist economists; when feminist economists publish in widely read journals; when a student finds inspiration in a Feminist Economics article. All of these are ways feminist economics can, and has, influenced the profession. After ten years of discourse, it is possible to take stock and assess the impact of feminist economics. This article provides a partial assessment through a consideration of citations of the journal Feminist Economics, describing its impact on mainstream economics, heterodox economics, and other disciplines. While the overall project of feminist economics encompasses much more than just one journal, studying the citations for Feminist Economics is a first step toward assessing the influence of the entire corpus.

内部控制在其百余年的发展进程中,取得了丰富的研究成果,但也存在着潜在的缺陷。追溯内部控制理论的历史发展轨迹,探析其历史发展各阶段的理论形成过程、主要推动因素、核心内涵演变,有助于对内部控制发展历程进行全方位审视,从而提炼其理论研究成果,分析其存在的局限,为拓展内部控制研究路径奠定文献基础。     

视角与维度：近三年来残疾人社会保障研究述评

2008年以来,中国残疾人事业发展进入了一个全新的历史阶段。文章从理论视角和研究维度两个方面,就近3年来学术界关于残疾人社会保障的研究文献进行了解读,指出了现有研究存在以下不足：文献总量多,高水准的少;规范研究多,实证研究少;开药方的多,可操作的＂抓手＂少;论及普惠型保障的多,探究特惠型保障的少。     

The effect of researchers' interdisciplinary characteristics on team innovation performance: evidence from university R&D teams in China

This study examines the effect of researchers' characteristics on the performance of R&D teams. Based on the multi-perspective of organization behavior and knowledge management, the authors adopt the framework of ‘Input-Process-Output’ regarding the process of the R&D team as knowledge creation. The theoretical model and corresponding hypotheses were tested empirically, drawing on a sample of 80 R&D teams from four universities in China. We concluded that knowledge communication, sharing, and integration play very important mediated roles in the knowledge creation process of the R&D team. Though researchers might have differing opinions on interdisciplinary research, they still tend toward communication and sharing their knowledge, experience, and viewpoints in the R&D process; this is an essential means for the achievement of knowledge integration. In order to achieve high innovation performance, management should pay attention to the process of knowledge communication, sharing, and integration.
