应用于复杂电磁环境下的一种新型船艇导航系统

复杂的电磁环境是未来信息化战场最突出的特征,这样的环境将会干扰现有依靠无线电波进行工作的导航系统。为有效解决船艇在复杂电磁环境下的导航问题,提出了一种以陆标定位为基础的新型船艇导航系统。系统通过高清度摄像机和磁航向传感器获取观测物标数据,经过计算机解算,将位置信息显示到电子海图上。海上试验情况表明,与传统的陆标定位相比,本系统在定位时间、定位精度等方面具有明显的优越性,完全满足军事航海的要求,具有良好的军事效益。     

基于遗传算法的军用集装箱装载优化

以军用集装箱装载为研究对象,在考虑实际应用中的一些约束条件下,构造了军用物资的装载优化模型,提出了一种军用集装箱三维装载的遗传算法。该算法考虑了货物放置方向、装载客积、装载质量及装载重心等约束条件。最后对一个案例进行了计算,验证了该模型的有效性,并且利用3ds max得到了装载方案的三维图。     

Social Capital and the Linkages of High-Tech Companies to the Military Defense System: Is there a Signaling Mechanism?

This study investigates linkages of new Israeli high-tech companies to the military and defense system. We examine the impact of social capital, signaling, and learning spillovers on resource acquisition in terms of investments and the financial performance of companies with and without linkages. Social capital, signaling, and learning spillovers are examined as they impact individual and organizational resource acquisition and performance of 200 new Israeli high-tech companies. The study contributes to the existing literature of entrepreneurship by suggesting the relevance of knowledge spillovers, signaling theory and social capital to the context of the interface between defense and civilian spheres.     

The Influence of Role Models on Negotiation Ethics of College Students

Role models can be highly influential in conveying ethical standards. This study investigates the influence various categories of role models have had on a population of over 1,600 undergraduate students in Texas, Oregon and Michigan. Those identifying clergy, boy scout leaders, friends and college advisors as role models exhibited less willingness to adopt questionable ethical behavior in negotation situations. Journalist and spouse role models tended to cause students to be more accepting of questionable behavior. Individuals with strong end-result and social contract ethical philosophies, as well as males and those who served in the military exhibited strong tendencies toward less than ethical behavior. Individuals with strong rule ethical philosophy, high levels of religiousity, and those with a cooperative attitude in negotiations tended to adopt higher ethical standards in negotiations.

World War II prime defence contractors: Were they favoured?

Between 1940 and 1944 the US government placed $175.066 billion of prime defence contracts with US corporations. Two-thirds of these awards went to only 100 companies and 20% to only five companies leading to charges that the prime contractors were favoured. This article examines the common stock returns of World War II prime contractors relative to broad market indices and to the returns on the non-prime contractors in the same industry. The analysis begins in 1938 with the Anschluss and ends with the 1950 outbreak of the Korean War. Little evidence is found to support the charges.

概括地说,军队社会化保障就是向社会采购货物（工程、服务）。这就意味着军队和地方要发生经济和利益往来,经济合同作为调节和规范双方当事人权利和义务的合法载体,对其管理的力度和水平会直接影响到社会化保障的质量和效果。因而,规范合同管理就显得尤为重要。就目前情况来看,在军队社会化保障改革过程中,合同管理还未成体系,各领域之间、同一领域内部“各自为政”现象突出,亟待规范。
