社会养老保险新政的运行效果分析——基于沈阳市国有大型企业的调查

利用调查数据重点考察了社会养老保险新政的实际运行效果,指出了目前存在职工参保意愿不强烈、政策有效性尚不明显、对制度长期建设缺乏信心等现实问题,以期对养老保险制度的改革完善提供理论和政策依据。

根据最优货币区内生性理论,加入最优货币区的决定取决于一体化、对称性和劳动力市场弹性三种内生性。美国次贷危机导致欧元区对称性下降,金融一体化、劳动力市场弹性不足和财政转移支付等补偿机制的缺失,使得欧元区未能形成最优货币区。欧元区必须通过要素市场改革和推进财政一体化等措施,才能走出困境。

八面台油田是一个特低渗透率热水掺输集油流程的低产油田,投入开发以后单井采用的计量方式主要有：单井罐检尺计量、远传示功图折产、玻璃管量油、计量车井口量油、翻斗量油．其中翻斗计量方式应用最为广泛。重点对影响翻斗计量准确性的各种因素进行了研究,针对存在的问题,提出了相应的改进意见。     

When bad news is sugarcoated: Information distortion,organizational search and the behavioral theory of the firm

Most work in strategy and organization theory assumes that performance feedback is straightforward to interpret and truthfully reported. We raise the following question: How might the systematic distortion of negative performance information affect organizational learning and future performance? We formulate a model where (1) members do not always report the truth about what they know about their performance level, especially when performance is below aspiration and (2) their propensity to distort information is subject to social influence. We find that organizations that are characterized by a high level of information distortion tend to perform more poorly but that the effect of a low rate of sugarcoating may, in some conditions, be more benign than the literatures seem to suggest. 从世界木材贸易看中国木材进口需求的森林生态足迹

从实证角度对世界森林资源状况和中国木材原料进口需求进行了分析研究,探索中、长期林产品市场变化及其政策选择。中国主要木材原料进口及木制品出口的两头在外格局仍在延续,中长期刚性需求依然存在,2007年原木进口高峰年为3709.08万m3。1995～2007年中国原木进口对出口国的森林生态影响较小,没有威胁到世界森林资源。     

基于实物期权的林业项目投资研究

通过分析林业项目的特点及其实物期权特性,考虑林业项目投资过程中未来利润流的不确定性及突发事件的不确定性,运用实物期权的方法,对林业项目投资进行分析,用动态规划的方法导出项目投资阈值,并进行数值分析。     

国际水法发展概述

介绍了国际水法的概念,回顾了国际水法的发展阶段,归纳分析了国际水法水权理论的发展,阐述了国际水法的发展方向,指出开展跨界水资源方面的合作,实现水资源可持续利用和发展是今后国际水法发展的主要方向。     

Social capital and soil conservation: evidence from the Philippines*

The formation of social capital is hypothesised to enhance collective efforts for soil conservation. The Landcare Program in the southern Philippines promotes simple conservation practices in upland environments by supporting community landcare groups and municipal landcare associations, thus augmenting social capital. A study was conducted in 2002–2003 to evaluate the Landcare Program, using a mix of quantitative and qualitative techniques. In the present paper, the relationship between social capital formation and adoption of soil conservation in the Municipality of Lantapan is investigated. It is concluded that the Landcare Program as a whole created a valuable stock of bridging social capital, rapidly accelerating the adoption of contour farming measures, but that on‐going support is needed to maintain this capital stock.
