基于任务导向的高职建筑经济管理专业课程体系的构建

高职建筑经济管理专业是应建筑及房地产业对人才的旺盛需求而出现的新兴专业,基于工作任务导向的课程体系对于提高教学质量具有重要作用,这一专业的学生应具备建筑物资管理、建筑会计、建筑统计、建筑工程概预算能力。本文析论构建高职建筑经济管理专业"任务导向型"课程体系的必要性,阐释该专业该模式课程体系的构建过程及应注意的问题。     

收入分配格局与发展模式的国际比较与借鉴

本文通过对全球各国半个多世纪经济社会发展历程的比较分析,根据意识形态约束、政府主导发展战略情况、计划与市场手段运用、效率与公平权衡、政府的管理和控制能力、公共决策的规范有序程度等指标情况,归纳出了全球六种主要的发展模式,并相应地分类总结了不同模式的经济社会发展现状,特别是收入分配和发展潜力的情况。根据各种发展模式的优劣与得失,结合中国当前所处的经济发展阶段,文章对中国未来发展模式选择和政策调整提出了对策建议,强调要在保持经济效率的同时,更加注重社会公平,切实增强经济发展后劲,促进经济社会又好又快发展。

构建一种理性而包容的并有着独特民族文化价值内涵的民族主义,其必要的前提是中国的新闻媒介进一步自由和开放,只有在对于富有争议的重大事件获取充分而完整的信息的条件下,新闻受众才会从互相冲突的信息里学会独立思考,这种独立思考才能开创一种理性而反思的民族主义,而规避狭隘民族主义的爆发与危害.     

Optimal investment sequence

Summary. This paper investigates the optimal order in which a collection of projects should be taken on if only one project can be done at a time. We associate a number called priority value with each project and show that one should order the projects in decreasing priority values. We also show that this priority value rule is equivalent to the replication rule in the literature. Finally, we compare the rankings given by the priority value rule and the ordinary present value rule.

Job stress and well-being of female employees in hospitality: The role of regulatory leisure coping styles

The job stress and coping behavior of female employees has become a key issue in the hospitality industry. This study investigates the moderating role of regulatory leisure coping styles on the effect of job stress on female employees’ well-being. Specifically, this study extends Patry et al.’s (2007) findings to further confirm the direct and moderating role of regulatory leisure coping styles in the relationship between job stress and well-being. Data were collected from the female employees of 22 tourist hotels in Taiwan. The results showed that the Planned-Breather Leisure Coping Style (PBLCS) was positively and significantly associated with well-being, whereas the Avoidant Leisure Coping Style (ALCS) had a negative and significant effect on it. In addition, the results also revealed that the PBLCS plays a buffering role, but that the ALCS plays an amplifying role. Based on these findings, the implications and research suggestions are then discussed.
