区域污染与区域经济增长——中国1998～2007年面板数据分析

本文选用中国1998～2007年期间六类区域污染指标,利用面板数据模型分析我国区域污染与区域经济增长的关系.研究结果表明:区域污染与区域经济增长之间的关系具有不确定性;工业废水、工业固体废弃物与人均GDP之闻存在正相关关系;工业废水中污染物化学需氧量与人均GDP之间存在环境库兹涅茨倒U型曲线关系;工业烟尘、工业粉尘、二氧化硫与人均GDP之间存在N型曲线关系.     

“一带一路”上的中华风景园林文化 艺术展现——新疆可克达拉市伊犁河滨水 景观带规划设计的追求

：以“一带一路”上的中华风景园林文化艺术展现为 题，探索中国风景园林建设之路。以歌曲“草原之夜”原生地 新疆可克达拉地域为背景，以“可克达拉市伊犁河滨水景观带 规划设计”建成项目为例，展开从理论到实践的阐述、分析、 探讨：项目的自然山水城市背景分析；项目作为城市纪念地、 发生地、交流地的风景园林文化艺术定位；项目作为中国固有 领土的历史表现与文化传承；保家卫国、屯垦戍边的景观纪 念；以及项目体现的“一带一路”上的中华风景园林的现代价 值。阐述了该项目的理论及应用：人居环境三元论；景观“旷 奥三性”理论应用；生态绿色支撑与风景园林小气候营造，以 及具体方案规划设计的要点。     

经济全球化下发展中国家旅游规划的文化选择

以世界大多数国家进入WTO为标志的经济全球化的迅速发展，一方面给世界旅游业带来发展的契机，另一方面经济全球化所带来的文化全球化趋向，发达国家文化以其文化的高势能消解着处于低势能的发展中国家的文化特色与魅力，又给世界旅游业带来了隐患。发展中国家旅游规划中，应对经济全球化中处于文化低势能的状况做出对策，明确旅游开发中的文化选择；在注意旅游发展中的文化协同的同时保持民族地域文化的独特性与魅力。     

Distortions in Tourism Development in the Dali Autonomous Region,China

This paper presents a tourism destination development sequence for Dali, Yunnan Province, China. The development of Dali highlights limits in the power of the local government as the lead stakeholder, which took a top-down approach to economic development. The government sought to address increasing control of the tourism sector by external tour operators through increasing its own control of local tourism attractions. This approach has been only partially successful in reducing distortions in the tourism channel. The origins of these distortions are described and analysed. A number of additional responses are suggested to improve the local benefits obtained from the inflow of tourists to this new destination area including development of a more market oriented competitive strategy that seeks to co-opt stakeholders into collaborative activities.

近两年来,PP-R塑铝稳态管正逐步替代镀锌钢管,成为中央空调工程管路系统安装的优选管材。通过比较传统中央空调管路系统与PP-R塑铝稳态管的性能,介绍PP-R塑铝稳态管用于中央空调管路系统的优势及工程实例。     

房地产开发公司十大股东结构与经营绩效的相关性研究

选取房地产开发经营公司作为研究的切入点,搜集了2007—2009年的相关数据,对其十大股东组成结构和经营绩效的相关性进行回归分析,结果表明,公司绩效受到十大股东结构的影响,相关行业股东比例越大、非相关行业股东比例越小、自然人股东比例越小、国有股东持股比例越小,公司绩效越好,但无法通过显著性检验。同时,房地产开发经营公司应采取适当措施应对政府打压的局面,积极加强和行业内部以及相关行业公司的合作,对各个种类股东的比例加以适当控制。进一步重视委托代理问题,以优化股权结构,提高经营绩效。     

Toward A Community‐driven Development Model of Rural Tourism: the Chinese Experience

Based on three case studies of rural tourism practices in suburban Beijing, China, this paper proposes a community‐driven development (CDD) model in rural tourism. The paper illustrated three principles of the CDD model: localization of supply chain, community‐external investor symbiosis, and democratization of decision making. The three principles as a whole serve as key to understanding and successfully implementing the CDD in China. Although the three principles come from the practice of rural tourism development in China, it is hoped that theoretical implications could be derived from this paper to direct tourism planning exercises in other countries, especially those developing countries with similar economic development backgrounds to China. Banking Mergers: The Impact of Financial Liberalization on the Taiwanese Banking Industry

The objective of this paper is to examine the nature of the Taiwanese banking sector and to analyze the impact of financial liberalization on the Taiwanese banking industry. We present empirical evidence to show that the recent wave of bank mergers observed in other countries is also suitable for Taiwan. Based on empirical results for overall economies of scale and expansion path subadditivity, Taiwanese banks should obtain the benefit of scale economies by merging with other banks rather than expanding by opening more branches. Furthermore, we show that the Relative Market Power hypothesis—which postulates that greater market shares lead to higher profitability—finds empirical support in Taiwanese banking data after financial reforms were enacted.
