如何运用公路经济理念抓好公路交通建设

自然资源是人类赖以生存和发展的基础。比如：能源、水、土地、原材料等，这些自然资源也是经济社会可持续发展的重要物质保证，但我国的目前现状很不乐观———多种自然资源的人均占有量远低于世界平均水平。我国在全面建设小康社会的道路上，资源供给不足是其主要的制约因素，所以创造节约型社会是由我国基本国情决定的。在交通建设方面，需要消耗大量的建筑材料、占用耕地面积、在运输方面消耗大量的能源。根据我国国情，更要坚持科学发展观，创造资源节约型交通发展，实行全面协调可持续的发展战略。     

Analysis of Mind Style in Mrs. Dallowa

This paper takes the novel Mrs. Dalloway by Virginia Woolf as an example to focus on the analysis of the mind style of the heroine of it, to explore her personality. It is hoped that the paper will extend the studies of mind styles to a wider scope, to include literary analysis of major characters in fiction. It is also hoped that the present research will provide a new perspective for readers and critics in appreciating and analyzing characters in fiction characterized with the use of the stream-of-consciousness technique.
