自从我国实行养老保险社会统筹以来,养老保险体制在保障离退休人员基本生活、维护社会和谐稳定中发挥了重要作用。社会保障发展的脚步远远赶不上人口老龄化到来的步伐,社会保障与人口发展这一对矛盾体中,最突出的问题就是资金的筹集和使用问题,笔者尝试从社会保险基金缺口的现状,未来的发展趋势,及如何进行社会保险基金,开源和节流三个方面来阐述社会保险基金的缺口现状及发展趋势。 相似文献

数字金融实现了金融资源的高效配置,为重污染企业实现绿色转型提供了新机遇。基于2011—2021年中国重污染行业沪深A股723家上市公司的面板数据,实证分析数字金融发展对重污染企业绿色投资的影响及其传导机制。研究结果证实,数字金融发展能够显著提高重污染企业绿色投资水平,并通过一系列稳健性检验后该结论仍然成立。作用机制检验结果表明,数字金融可以通过缓解融资约束、抑制企业金融化进而提高重污染企业绿色投资水平。进一步分析发现,环境规制、分析师关注度正向调节了数字金融对重污染企业绿色投资的促进效果;数字金融仅对重污染行业中国有企业和大规模企业的绿色投资水平存在显著作用。最后,基于研究结论,提出推动数字金融发展与企业绿色投资的相关建议。 相似文献

基于2009—2017年我国沪深A股上市公司样本,比较了家族企业与非家族企业所履行的环境责任差异,研究了控股家族涉入对企业环境责任行为的影响。研究结果发现：家族企业比非家族企业更少地履行环境责任;在家族企业中,所有权比例的增加会显著降低环境责任水平,家族成员出任董事长会象征性地披露更多环境责任信息,家族涉入时间与环境责任之间总体上呈现出倒U型关系。进一步研究表明,家族企业会有选择地履行环境责任以维护家族声誉同时减少经济利益损失,控股家族涉入对环境责任的影响在创业型和非创业型家族企业中有所不同,在强制披露的企业中所有权比例对企业环境责任的消极影响会有所减弱。 相似文献
