The impact of market orientation on patient loyalty: the mediation of relationship quality

In health services, how to establish good relationships with patients and enhance patient loyalty has been crucial for service managers. We explore the impact that patients’ perceptions of market orientation direct effect on patient loyalty to a hospital as well as indirect effect via the mediation of relationship quality. Self-administered questionnaires were employed to collect data from outpatients. 450 questionnaires were valid. Results showed that market orientation had a direct positive impact on patient loyalty to the hospital and an indirect positive impact via the mediation of relationship quality and patient loyalty to a physician.

现代就业指导和高等教育教学与大学生就业关系的思考

随着我国社会经济和高等教育的快速发展,毕业生就业工作从工作理念、工作思路、工作内容和方法等方面发生了根本性的变化．同时高等教育的战略和战术的转变,关系到中国经济建设和社会的繁荣发展,涉及到高等教育办学方向的确定、办学理念的更新、办学模式的变革、教学内容与方法的革新和培养途径多样等问题．     

基于知识的企业理论与知识管理

随着人类从工业经济时代过渡到知识经济时代,知识已成为企业最重要的战略资源,传统的企业理论越来越不能解释许多企业的兴衰成败,企业——尤其是知识型企业急需一种新的理论对其管理和运作进行指导。基于知识的企业理论在这一背景下应运而生,成为21世纪企业生存和发展的一盏指路明灯。传统的企业理论一无论是产品理论、资源理论还是能力理论。都过多地关注“物”而忽略了最重要的生产要素：人的思想和知识。基于知识的企业理论则更多地将目光投向人。认为人才是企业成功的关键资源,只有人的思想、知识和创造能力才是难以模仿和不可替代的。本文对基于知识的企业理论出现的背景、知识管理理论的代表人物及主要内容作了一个简要的介绍,并在此基础上提出了一些自己的想法。     

Is time-variant information stickiness state-dependent?

This paper estimates information stickiness with regard to inflation expectations in the United States and the Eurozone for the 1981/06–2015/12 and 1998/Q4–2015/Q2 periods, respectively, and further investigates whether such information stickiness is state-dependent. Based on a bootstrap sub-sample rolling-window estimation, we find that information stickiness varies over time, which contradicts the strict time dependency implied under sticky-information theory. We provide evidence that information stickiness depends on inflation volatility, which indicates that information stickiness is state-dependent and that it has a time trend. Using a threshold model, we estimate structural changes in the state-dependence and time-trend of information stickiness. The results show that information stickiness has been more dependent on inflation volatility and has had a higher time-trend in both regions following the 2008 financial crisis.
