论“以案说法”在法律基础课教学中的作用及实践

笔对“以案说法”总结出五个方面的特征和四个方面的作用，以及运用“以案说法”对教师本身的素质提出了高要求。     

The Analysis of Chinese Traditional Family Culture

This paper starts with the meaning of family culture and proves the connotation of family culture through the interpretation of the national family, the ancient law in concealment, imperial power terminates in county and the modern family enterprises which illustrate the embodiment of the family culture in social culture. Then the inheritance and clash of family culture is discussed in modern society. Finally the paper pointed that researching the family culture has great important practical significance for rediscovering the profound connotation of Chinese culture as well as reviewing the current social problems.

Effect of pension replacement rate on economic growth： A theoretical model

In social pension system, the pension replacement rate is one of the key parameters. It not only determines the welfare of retirees and the finance balance of social pension system, but also has an effect on economic growth. This paper analyzes the effect of the pension replacement rate on economic growth with the standard overlapping generations＇ model, and suggests that the pension replacement rate should keep an appropriate level for economic growth and the development of the pension system.
