企业文化对员工心理契约的影响机制研究——以某高科技上市公司为例

本文的基本观点是,企业文化是通过影响员工心理契约的形成而发挥作用的。本研究发现,企业文化是员工心理契约形成的更一般性的基础,企业文化的特征将决定员工心理契约的性质。我们认为,员工心理契约是一个平衡结构,员工责任和组织责任在内容和强度上都需要平衡。

Measuring new product success: an empirical investigation of Australian SMEs

New product development (NPD) has long been recognised as one of the corporate core functions. However, measuring new product success has remained elusive. This paper attempts to examine several conceptual issues underlining the measurement of new product success and the measurement practice adopted in Australian small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The sample included 276 SMEs from two most innovative industries: chemical and machinery industries. Results have indicated that four factors underline the commonly used success measurement: financial performance, objective market acceptance, subjective market acceptance, and product-level measures. These four factors are related to each other and can be used to well predict the overall measurement. The most frequently used specific measures in Australian SMEs are customer acceptance, customer satisfaction, product performance, and quality.

Political hazards and entry modes of Chinese investments in Africa

Africa has achieved the fastest growth rate of inward foreign direct investment (FDI) recently. Yet heightened political hazards present substantial challenges to foreign firms in Africa. This study examines the entry strategies that firms may take to mitigate such hazards by exploring the relationship between political hazards and entry mode choices in Africa. We further consider how an investing firm’s host country experience and foreign aid provided by its home country government to host countries in Africa can influence this relationship. In a sample of listed Chinese firms’ investments in Africa from 2000 to 2014, we find that Chinese firms tend to use the joint venture mode when political hazards are high in an African country. This relationship is weakened when they accumulate host country experience and when the Chinese government’s foreign aid to an African country increases. Our findings point to firm-level strategies to mitigate political hazards as well as instruments available to home country governments to help their multinational firms operating in host countries characterized by unstable political environments.     

Box-Behnken响应面法优化徐长卿配方颗粒挥发油-β-CD包合物制备工艺

为了解决徐长卿挥发油加油难及加入后的稳定性问题,采用Box-Behnken响应面法,优选出徐长卿配方颗粒挥发油-β-CD包合物的制备工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,采用3因素3水平Box-Behnken设计对徐长卿配方颗粒挥发油-β-CD包合工艺进行优选,以挥发油包合率及包合物收率为考察指标,考察挥发油与β-CD比例、包合温度、包合时间对结果的影响。结果表明:优选的包合工艺条件为挥发油与β-CD质量比为1∶8.34,包合温度为50.2℃,包合时间为2.17 h。在此条件下,挥发油包合率为72.19%,包合物收率为75.06%,综合评分为96.41,RSD值为1.1%。优选的包合工艺包合率高,工艺稳定可行,可为配方颗粒挥发油的工业化生产提供数据支持。
