兼并、收购、接管(敌意收购)和买断,是公司控制权市场常见的几种表现形式。本文通过中信证券收购广发证券的案例研究,从敌意收购的过程、动因、反收购措施及市场反应的角度对其进行了分析,并指出目标公司的股权集中度、交叉持股、非上市公司特征等股权结构方面对敌意收购的影响。     

油(气)田储量技术经济综合评价理论与方法研究

本文从界定油(气)田(藏)储量技术经济综合评价的概念入手,阐述了综合评价的必要性和当前存在的问题;分析了油(气)勘探开发的特点,明确了综合评价在技术经济评价中的重要作用;针对综合评价要求实现定量评价指标与定性描述的有机结合,文章列举了当前综合评价普遍存在的问题为:指标选取不全面、指标权重的确定不够客观,从而形成综合评价的结果的简单无力,不足以作为决策的有力依据等;据此,文章提出构造综合评价指标体系,用层次分析法(AHP 法)确定指标权重的方法.再者,由于油(气)开发决策是模糊决策,因而本文运用模糊集合理论建立油(气)田(藏)储量技术经济综合评价的多层次、多算子二型模糊数学综合评价模型,并通过实例证明该方法的计算方便可靠,符合客观实际。

Can Insurance Activity Act as a Stimulus of Economic Growth? Evidence from Time-Varying Causality in China

This article investigates the nexus between insurance and economic growth in China with a dynamic interactive mechanism to study different time periods. Using quarterly data from 1999 to 2015, the rolling-window causality test provides evidence of bidirectional causality between insurance activity and economic growth. However, the “supply-leading” pattern tends to dominate the “demand-following” pattern, which implies that in China insurance acts as a stimulus of economic growth during most of the period. Property insurance is more effective than life insurance in stimulating economic growth. Some temporary negative impacts from the development of the insurance sector show that China is in the midst of a transition from a closed economy to a more open economy and policy interventions by the government to liberalize the insurance sector. These findings offer several useful insights for policy makers in transition economies and developing countries.     

Evolutionary and socio-cultural influences on feelings and attitudes towards nature: a cross-cultural study

Mounting environmental issues have prompted reconsideration of the human–nature relationship. Accordingly, attitudes to nature, as an important dimension of human–nature interactions, have become a research focus. How feelings and attitudes towards nature are influenced by evolutionary and social-cultural constructions, and whether there is variation between different cultural groups, demands more attention. Using a survey of visitors to two very different National Parks, the New Forest National Park, England and Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, China, this paper shows that of nationality and living environment, differences between the two nationalities were significant in respect of both attitudes and feelings. Specifically, it demonstrates that the biophilia thesis, which purports that people have an innate and a genetically inherited need for affiliation with nature, is influenced by their socio-cultural environment, in particular their national culture, but also by their current living place. The study contributes to our understanding of sustainable tourism in natural areas.     

Beyond choice: investigating the sensitivity and validity of measures of strength of preference

Many experiments investigating different decision theories have relied heavily on pairwise choices between lotteries. These are easy to incentivise, but often yield only limited dichotomous information. This paper considers whether respondents’ judgments about their strength of preference (SoP) for one alternative over another can usefully supplement standard choice data. We report extensive evidence that such judgments show sensitivity to variations in question format and parameter values in the directions we should expect, not only within-subject but also between-sample. We illustrate how such judgments can usefully supplement standard pairwise choice data and enrich our understanding of observed behaviour.
