Assessment of the RF Central Bank’s monetary policy efficiency during the financial crisis

The efficiency of the Bank of Russia’s monetary policy is evaluated in the paper using econometric modeling. The character and impact degree of the used monetary policy instruments on its targets are defined, and conclusions on different actions of the above-mentioned instruments during the crisis and precrisis periods are made.
