Java数字签名在公文传输中的应用

随着OA技术在企业中的广泛应用,如何保障电子公文的完整性、惟一性、可追溯性问题,是电子政务中的研究热点和难点之一。针对上述问题,实现了一种用于解决电子公文防窜改、防抵赖,防仿冒的公文传输系统;针对该系统中的关键技术:消息摘要、数字签名等技术进行了详细的论述;使用Java序列化技术将公钥保存在关系数据库中改变了公钥由CA中心分发的传统方法,进一步优化了系统部署时间和成本。

大数据背景下的小微企业信用评级研究

小微企业发展面临着严峻的融资难问题,如何对小微企业进行信用评级是解决这一问题的关键。大数据有助于实现企业层面的信用评级,防范企业财务数据造假,推动评级结果动态演进,降低评级成本,提高评级效率,可以帮助商业银行有效解决小微企业信用评级中遇到的问题。因此,商业银行需要加强基于Hadoop系统的信用评级研究,提高信用评级标准模板的大数据适用性,强化对非结构化数据的甄别和刻画能力,促进小微企业信用评级的开展。     

Export Growth and Domestic Performance

A VAR approach is used to analyze the effects of export growth on the evolution of GDP, domestic employment, and investment in 39 economies. The results strongly support the export-led growth hypothesis. Export growth affects GDP growth positively in 30 countries. In six countries, all of them inward-looking, the effects are negative. For these countries, and for these countries alone, export growth has a negative effect on the evolution of both domestic employment and investment. This also suggests the importance of the indirect effects of exports on GDP growth.     

Effects of Primary Exports on Industrial Exports and GDP: Empirical Evidence

This paper analyzes the effects of the growth of nonfuel primary exports on the growth of industrial exports and GDP in 74 economies between 1965 and 1992. There is clear evidence of positive effects, both in the short term and in the long term, of the growth of primary exports on the growth of industrial exports and GDP in more than two-thirds of the economies. Therefore, governments in developing countries should not discriminate against the export of primary products, as some earlier studies suggest. Instead, they should adhere to policies that aim at export promotion.     

基于甲醇燃烧数值模拟的炉膛结构优化

为对炉膛结构进行优化,研究了不同炉膛长径比对甲醇燃烧室的温度分布及甲醛污染物排放的影响。以700kW甲醇锅炉为例,对甲醇燃料的燃烧过程进行数值模拟,将在Chemkin中得到的甲醇燃烧动力学反应机理导入Fluent软件中,并进行模拟分析。结果表明,炉膛最佳长径比为0.41时燃烧室内的燃烧最稳定,甲醛排放量达到最低值。     

互联网征信的意义、问题及商业银行的对策

互联网征信拓宽了信用评级的技术渠道,丰富了其数据来源和经营主体,能够对个人失信行为进行有效约束. 但也存在明显的问题,如数据质量有待提高,互联网征信模型的可靠性有待检验,征信主体之间的恶性竞争可能恶化征信质量,金融机构直接采用互联网公司的征信产品还存在障碍等. 商业银行需要采取相应的措施:加快推出自营性征信产品;加强大数据战略,优化征信模式;加强与互联网企业的战略合作;拓宽征信产品的应用场景.     

On the Causality between Export Growth and GDP Growth: An Empirical Reinvestigation

Although conventional wisdom suggests that export growth contributes positively to economic growth, empirical studies on the causal links between exports and output have provided little support for the exportled growth hypothesis. This paper reexamines the direction of causation by handling properly two important issues in causality tests: the characteristics of the data, and the choice of optimal lags. The results of this study show that in a sample of 32 economies, the export-led hypothesis is supported by 17 economies and is strongly supported by 9 economies.     

China's Regional Trade and Domestic Market Integrations

The global economic crisis in 2007 forced China to move from export‐led growth to promoting domestic demand. The move is significant, but the success of this new growth strategy depends critically on the level of domestic market integrations. In this paper, we use the methodology proposed by Anderson and Wincoop to examine China's domestic market integrations. We find evidence of border effects at both national and regional levels with significant regional differences, but they are smaller than some earlier studies suggest. Income growth, lower transportation costs, and higher intra‐industry trade all have positive effects on China's regional trade. Among the factors affecting regional trade, a better business environment has the largest positive impact on lifting China's domestic trade between regions, especially in intermediate goods, suggesting that improving business environment should be the priority of government at all levels in China.
