资金合理流动:理财目标的现实考察

本文通过对企业目标的考察,认为以企业的社会使命为企业的目标才能使企业有所发展,而要做到这一点,必须以资金合理流动作为企业财务目标,才能使企业的长久目标有可能实现。资金合理流动作为理想企业目标与现实存在的结合就成为了必然。     

试论生态旅游与生态补偿机制的构建

本文分析了生态旅游的特性和生态旅游的现状，并提出通过构建生态补偿机制可以改善生态旅游存在着的对生态环境的负面影响。构建生态补偿机制是使环境与经济获得动态平衡，使生态旅游获得可持续发展的重要途径。     

中国政府科技投入绩效的考察报告--基于国家级六项科技计划投入效率与问题的研究

近年来,随着世界科技进步速度的加快,提高政府科技投入越来越成为一种带有普遍性的看法。但打破原有的资金预算平衡,大幅度提高政府的科技投入存在诸多问题。所以,对于增量投入而言,能提高现有资源投入的配置效率具有更重要的意义。因此有必要对政府科技投入的总体有效性进行分析,同时,针对影响政府科技投入绩效的成因进行对策研究。     

无边界职业生涯时代不同代际员工组织承诺的影响因素

基于无边界职业生涯的理论视角,采用问卷调查法,考察了影响新生代员工和传统代员工组织承诺的关键性因素,并通过优势分析确定其相对权重.结果表明:(1)在无边界职业生涯时代,企业员工具有较高的无边界心智模式和适度的组织流动性偏好,新生代员工的无边界心智模式显著高于传统代员工,但组织流动性偏好在不同代际之间的差异不显著.(2)组织流动性偏好显著地负向预测组织承诺,无边界心智模式对组织承诺的预测作用均不显著,组织发展性支持和感知的职业机会显著地正向预测组织承诺.(3)组织承诺影响因素的相对重要性存在代际差异,组织中的职业机会是影响新生代员工组织承诺的最重要因素,组织的发展性支持是影响传统代员工组织承诺的最重要因素.     

Relevance of the disposition effect on the options market: New evidence

A moneyness‐based propensity to sell (MPS) measure, at the aggregate level, determines the propensity of option holders to exercise their winning relative to losing positions. Using data on individual stock and S&P 500 Index options, we find that the MPS measure has significant predictive power over the cross section of delta‐hedged option returns. We test the disposition effect in the options market based on a long–short strategy that exploits price distortions induced by the disposition bias. More pronounced evidence of the disposition bias is found for individual at‐the‐money call options than put options where the significance of abnormal returns remains robust across different subsamples even after we control for the portfolio option greeks and market‐based risk factors. The profitability of the long–short strategy is related to limit‐to‐arbitrage proxies suggesting that behavioral explanations help explain the positive relation between the MPS measure and delta‐hedged option returns.

2018年以来,人民币国际化进入新的发展周期.自贸区作为实行税收优惠和特殊监管政策的多功能经济性特区,在跨境贸易结算便利、资本自由流动、离岸金融业务创新方面具备先行先试的优势.前海作为大湾区金融对外开放的总枢纽、国际经贸规则压力测试的承担者、跨境金融治理合作的试验田,需要抢抓RCEP重大发展机遇,积极探索开展离岸人民币金融业务,推动离岸和在岸市场的规则与国际接轨;服务RCEP和"一带一路"建设,联动香港建设全球离岸人民币业务枢纽;支持前海参与跨境支付清算新机制建设,提高人民币在贸易投资中的使用;顺应RCEP对金融领域开放的要求,率先探索贸易投资项下的便利化措施;利用前海建设法治先行示范区优势,建立与国际接轨的金融对外开放制度环境,为推进人民币国际化发挥更加关键的作用.     

Does context matter for sustainability disclosure? Institutional factors in Southeast Asia

Corporate sustainability is a dynamic, socially constructed concept. Relatedly, to understand the variations in the disclosure of corporate sustainability activities across countries, we need to inherently explore their underlying sociopolitical contexts. At present our understanding in this regard, is deficient. We respond to this extant research gap by adopting a multi‐country approach to investigate the relationship between countries' institutional environments and firms' sustainability disclosure (SD) practices, across six countries in the Southeast Asian region. Our findings reflect a common focus of Southeast Asian firms on community and human resources (HRs) related disclosures. Nevertheless, nuanced differences in their overall SD levels confirm the influence of differing legal, normative, and sociocultural systems in engendering greater disclosure and transparency at a national level. By quantifying the institutional environment and identifying external influencing factors, our study provides a useful framework grounded in neo‐institutional theory to widen the existing understanding of how institutional pressures can be measured and compared across different contexts.

机会主义还是稳健主义?——来自中国上市公司解聘审计师的经验证据

上市公司解聘审计师问题是学术界和监管部门关注的热点,本文选取2002至2004会计年度解聘审计师的公司为研究样本,考察了上市公司解聘审计师的动机及其经济后果。结果表明,公司解聘审计师并非由于前任审计师过于稳健,当公司具有避免亏损、ST、退市以及摘除ST的动机时,则更有可能解聘审计师,而且这些公司通过解聘审计师成功实现了审计意见的购买。
